I updated SO yesterday just so it would memorize new juniors, but there were changes in value for most of older players.

a cup match is not an official match?

I am also awaiting confirmation of this, it seems last weeks cup game was not offical therefore i guess it means it's friendly training!

its offical most likely bug of presentation

kryminator said himself that he is afraid about the training effect, so indeed a confirmation would be useful

I think the problem is that cup is the same day as friendlies, so teams eliminated from cup get less training that those still playing cup. That is if cup matches are counted as official for training purpose.

I have not counted the goals scored in official matches.
