Most likely the players in bot teams have overall just low form (maybe because they don't have a coach assigned?), even if they play matches? So it looks even in my data, but in bot teams it's much worse and in active teams it's much better. I don't have data information if a player is in a bot team now, but I'll check it later today. :)
For now I can check player's form in my transfer database (all players sold after December 27th, aged > 23 to not get 9 form fresh juniors spike), and indeed here it looks a bit more like in Terrion's graph:

ok maybe the players who don’t play loose form, but globally for those who play or not it seems that s globally a random factor happen (aacording to the equal repartition table 1)
Yes, i may believe in that, this is a very logical. 0 (not played) or 1 (played). 0 - more chances for low form, 1 - more chances for high form.
Sokker is a very simple game in every aspect, so i don't believe that developers wanted to complicate such a little thing as form with hidden, magical triggers.

Maybe BOTs are programmed to gain low form just to give real players higher chances to beat them?
They use crap, default tactics for the same reason.

I think it would be easier to give bots bad players if they wanted to achieve that goal

Basing on huge SA database , are you able to tell what skills improve fastest?

I did that statistic, yes. The factors used in SA are based on that study:
Pace: 0.662
Technique: 0.882
Passing: 1
Keeper: 0.809
Defender: 0.809
Playmaker: 1
Striker: 0.809
They are only estimations, but should be a good approach

Thanks for info! I always thought that def trains the same as tech (and faster than striker) for some reason :)
Terrion, I have a question. Is your data based on individual training only, or both on individual and general?
There we have it then i must be a bot team or all the players I played lied to me they played it was there twin brothers, and i was up the pub
Up to 8 form declines or inclines in 1 week and you don't see that is a problem? I think they are loosing a hold on the game, gotta sort this out , put it back to 4 max and 50% cut time on injuries or the games a bust

Individual and general. That's why I have to make some assumptions that make the result to be an estimation rather than a statistic

I have just checked 5 BOTs from my league and i found all of them have a majority of players with a low form, regardless of whether they played or not.
Because bot teams don't have trainers! Players need GT to maintain form... that's why they need to play matches! But without trainers...no GT...and therefor, low form.

That's a good point. I didn't find any player with unearthly+ form in 3 bots even in those included in the starting 11
