I wonder where and when the more user friendliness for new managers is going to be implemented so managers will come back after 1 login (waiting for this for over 10 years now, but take your time, greg did the same thing!) .... already 63 diaries needed to make clear what is going to be changed.
Still all pages are all over the place, So how to easily find the very important tactic editor, but also finances, add friendly match requests, etc, these are still not in the left screen main menu. Why start with the basics so the website makes finaly some sence, if you can start with something complex like changing training first :/
So I think I know the answer about user friendliness.

One point was not clear for me:
- as with advanced training, we can influence the effectiveness of general training by assigning players to a formation.
So the formation influences in general training? Or has it always been that way? I always thought general training worked independently of a player formation.

until now we have passive training and general training, Passive training concerning the training skill for players without your training order.
I guess the new rule is meant as compensation for that passive training, let's wait how it will work finally.

They probably wanted to emphasize that players have to play to get general training.
wonderfull! now, passive training,
define passive :
passive ( ˈpæsɪv) adj 1. not active or not participating perceptibly in an activity, organization, etc
that seems the bad word

we call it passive training in Germany, it's not official and I don't know how it's called otherwise.
if you train playmaker for MID, your DEF and ATT get around 20-25% playmaker training. And around 10% general training in other skills. Maybe you call it all general training?

20-25% seems a bit high, imho
It always seemed to me like it has also been 10%, but I might be wrong.

Where do you get that from??
Only the order that has been set will receive training! The other 3 orders only recieve GT. Nowhere in any rules have I heard about this kind of ''extra'' boost training for non-preset orders...

Check how often my gk pops in technique when i train tech on MID, there has to be additional bonus training for other orders than the one chosen:
interesting, it looks like he received double the general training on technique. Normally it would take him +- 20weeks to rpp on technique at this lvl
Now you got me thinking.. I have always trained players with MID order so my DEF and ATT players have been 27+ whose progress hadn't been recorded.
I might be a noob after all XD
