Are you guys using full training capacity? I'm just waiting for the new training system, not in the mood for all the trading.

Raul, here are some remarks I have on the finances tab. Overall, I think it's a very good extension. However, a few additions would greatly benefit its usefulness.

Operating activities
Bonuses and rewards is mentioned twice

Translation
Outcome is not the proper word. This should be expenses
Temporary is also confusing. Neither on the income, nor on the expenses side, these amounts are temporary since you can keep the money. A better word would be Incidental

Transfers
Under income, I would use the actual bruto transfer price. Then under outcome, you can mention the taks cut (5%) and the mother club cut for player younger than 24. Now these costst are not mentioned.
Under outcome Transfers is mentioned twice. The second one contains the expenses for putting a player on the transfer list for a minimum price. A better description would be Fee for starting price

Trends
This is an awesome part of the financial details!

Few remarks:
The data from older seasons doens’t seem correct. For example: two seasons ago my balance is always lower that -2,5 million. I would be bankrupt, which Im obviously not.’

The biggest add-on for the finances for me would be adding more trends:
- Ticket income
- Transfer income
- Sponsor incom
Also, I would like to see averages, minimum and maximum in the graph.

Transfers
At the moment this part has no added value. You can find the same data if you chose current season under Operating activities. However, if this part is extended, it would also be very useful. I would like to see the transfer detail be split in:
- Youth player (0 or very few games for the club)
- Player from main team (x% form official games over last season)
- Trainees from b-team (skill upgrades over last season but less than x% of official gameas)

Next to these things, I would like to be able to compare the data of several seasons. Under trends, it is only possible to look at 1 season. Under transfer, I would like to view the last (for example) 4 seasons in one overview.

Translation
Here the word Expenses is used. Throughout the finances tab, this word is not used consistent. Also under expenses transfers is used twice. I already mentioned this at the Operating activities.

Income details/Costs details
I would like to see both graphs (incomes/costs) next to each other. To make extra space, you could skip the Last season column, since you can already find this in Operating activities.

The bars at the botom of the graphs have no added value for me. At the moment I have no idea what I’m looking at.
Season comparison
This does not contain enough data to be very useful. If for example stadium tickets and salary are added, then this would be more useful.

Junior’s academy details
At income, I would expect to see the income of transfer of youth players. You could add the transfers of player with less than x games for the club. At this point, it’s not possible to generatie a positive income when you look at this graph. This could discourage managers to invest in their junior academy, which would be a shame.

At the expenses the trainers salary is not displayed correctly.

Excellent remarks!

@all

i know that training reform is now probably your primary interest, but any feedback about new finances tab? it's almost ready, few more features will be added in days (like better chart in season comparission widget, or more details about revenue from your youth shool - also $ from junior league tickets and transfers of juniors).

People are mostly concerned about injuries.
They have always been and they will always be.

Please do something ASAP.

Thank you.

Nope, in the same boat mostly. Dont think its worth it anyway - prices will probably fall for trainees at the end of season when everyone will have to sell their extra trainees so training more guys doesnt exactly guarantee profit this season.

For me, everything was clearer on the old finance page. This new page is very complex, and it doesn't need to be that detailed. weekly income and expenses were good on the old page. I think it's unnecessary. but this is my opinion. I only look at the finance page to see what the weekly income and expenses are.

not necessarily

if that were true, then there would be basically no market for young players, since season by season there was same # of players to train, so everyone in theory should already have their players

but there was always change of training plans

and what we are about to see is a total change of training plans, since you will be able to train ALL FORMATIONS

so...people who train strikers will probably want to buy themselves def/mid youths to train a whole team etc.

therefore yes, prices might drop due to higher number of players sold than needed (or the number sold matching the needs so no crazy bid wars)

I wouldn't be so sure of that though, will probably depend on players.

Could be so indeed, striker/gk trainers will need extra trainees so that could even out. Hadn't thought from that perspective.

+1 :-) Very strange

Actually green bars are weekly income, red bars are weekly costs, and white dot is weekly balance.
But I agree, it is very strange and it took me a while to get what it shows.

edit: Sorry I misread. Those bars are a big mistery.

I think you got it almost right

Green/red are weekly income/expenses and the white line seems to be "Season outcome" from a bit below? Just that it doesnt match exactly for some reason.

edit: just noticed "Present season balance" just on top of graph - no idea why it is different from "Season outcome" :D

edit2: looks like "Present season balance" - is season income/expense balance with everything included and "Season outcome" is just the transfers.

I got it!

It shows % of type of income/costs.
Something like pie chart, but in one bar.

Look at the colors, they are matched with left hand side type of income/cost.
