I think devs plan to significantly reduce the impact of friendly games on training.

no... but what top team in world play with youth in regular league matches? Here are not so great players like in real...in real football is 19 y better like 28 nt players.

we need matches for those players no only more league matches.. I play this game for winning cup, league, no only buy players and sell like somebody...

for me is importat win league and title fight every season. Try train 18y and play with this players in A team...

Yes, training bonus that you get from friendlies will be much weaker than the bonus from official matches, but it will only be a bonus so it has less weight, and it might end up being pretty much the same.

This is what I mean:
Lets say that now you get 90% of max training in league matches, but 75% in friendlies.
Lets say that the new system has a base of 60%, league adds 30% (90 in total), friendlies add 15% (75% in total). You see, friendlies bonus is two times smaller but the final effect stays the same.

While the new training system does deserve praise - giving the option for old users to stick to the legacy system if they want to, but also adding much appreciated flexibility to those who wish to explore it -, there are still an abundance of things that are really starting to annoy with this seemingly never-ending transition period. How come after all this time the 3d player is still buggy as f and every time I watch my league game I have to clear the cache at least twice on my browser and refresh multiple times until the match finally loads? How should new users know that it should be a temporary bug? Such an obvious turn-off.

for young players, was good, if they make youth league for players to 21 age. Everybody can play with young players in this league + players from youth school and we do not must use 18-20 y weak player to league matches but youth league + friednly match and young player should like same trainink bonus like in A team...

u21 leagues make 0 sense in this game, they would have to redo the whole concept of sokker to make it work

That's the problem. Too much work to redo. (But wasn't the only thing to do if possible ?)

Off course we can't expect really better challenges when devs are working over a base systems that already already shown its limits over the years. Not sure devs are already at this point of analysis :-)

At its best, it could be less boring, that's all we can hope for.

yes... youth league watch few % peoples, but if we can play with regular player from squard do 21 y, this league was better.

Youth matches now have zero added value!
If the youth players would be able to develop until 21y old and there would be no ceiling, or at least a higher ceiling, players would be much more valuable for a team and the youth matches would have a purpose! Now it's like an arcade match, but without spectacle!

This would be catastrophic.
Old system: for a player to get full 100% training (if official 90% and friendly 75%) needs 90 min friendly match and 25 minutes official match. This what you can live with even if you are trying to win the league, 25 minutes doesn't change so much.
By your mentioned new system, I would need to give a player to play 90 minutes of friendly match and 75 minutes of official match! This would kill the training and result achievement idea, which is the main idea of this new training system.
I hope devs will think very very well about how it will be.
