Or when we expect warm-up friendly on Sunday so we don't arrange friendly on time...
@Raul
Are these Sunday and Wednesday friendlies warm-up? Training like in league?

About XML - i'm not sure how reform affects data, i can check.
Already wrote about that to kryminator, idk if he passed it on to someone.
What there is in XML now (in team-<teamID>.xml):
- trainingType (enum 1-8 for skill trained)
- trainingFormation (enum 0-3 for formation trained)
What I believe is needed after the reform, so tools like Sokker Asistente can work without problems:
in team-<teamID>.xml:
- trainingTypeGk (enum 1-8 for skill trained by GK formation)
- trainingTypeDef (enum 1-8 for skill trained by DEF formation)
- trainingTypeMid (enum 1-8 for skill trained by MID formation)
- trainingTypeAtt (enum 1-8 for skill trained by ATT formation)
in players-<teamID>.xml, for every player in team:
- trainingPosition (enum 0-3 for position chosen for this player in training page)
- isInTrainingSlot (true/false - information about player being (or not) in one of the ten advanced training slots)
These information should be available only if you request data for your own team.
Btw. trainingType and trainingFormation tags should stay there (with trash data after the reform, as it won't make sense) for "backwards compatibility", otherwise Sokker Viewer may stop working at all if it couldn't find these tags. It's better if Sokker Viewer shows wrong data for training type than if it would throw errors when trying to update data :P

If I set pace training for def formation that means:
- every player who played as def gets basic pace training
- if such player was in advanced training slot with def tab, he trains pace more intense
- all players from above gets general training for all other skills
Am I right?

Raul uses "basic" different: 50% basic training for players picked for training, but without played minutes. And training "at basic level" for formation training without being picked. That's not 50% for sure, I guess around 20% like before. Just how I understand it. But if you regard this, you should be right.

the friendlies must be changed since that allows us to balance the training of the week
It is currently (week Thursday- Wednesday)
1-Friendly-Friday
2-Official-Sunday
3-Official-Wednesday
There are 2 solutions
update day changed to saturday
(Week Saturday-Friday)
1-Official-Sunday
2-Official-Wednesday
3-Friendly-Friday
Or change the day of the friendly for Wednesday
(week Thursday-Wednesday)

pretty close.
Its almost the same as it is now, for example - you set passing for MID - your MID gets most effective passing training, but also rest of your team gets passing - but limited, just a bit better than just normal general training.
It will work similar - so 10 players from training slots will get most effective training, but every other player will also get training dedicated to his formation (for example, all MIDs gets passing if you set so) just less effective (but still beter than just a general training of other skills)

in most simply explanation - players picked for 10 training slots starts training intensity from 50%, when any other player starts from 0%. how high will it be depends from minutes played. Our logic is, that advanced training is a kind of extra focus for few players in your time (like personal trainer for best talented players) - so even if they dont play a game, they get a 50% of training in terms of that extra focus. But to get more, it works the same as with other players - they need minutes, to get full training :)
Will the actual rule of order limit will be kept ?
GK = 1
DEF = 5
MID = 5
ATT = 3
GK = 1
DEF = 5
MID = 5
ATT = 3
The whole problem with week calender, NT/U21NT matches after friendly, league as last, could be fixed if training where on saturday morning.....
it will no matter since it won't affect with the new training system

Is it possible to get close to 100% training for players who plays 2, 3 or 4 matches (including NT) without being set for advanced training?
So in other words... games played without advanced training set, will give around 40%? training so having a player play 2.5 games will then give similar % training as a player with advanced training and 1 game? Or Am I wrong here?
Also...could you please reset the limitations of training for passing, playmaking and scoring? It's really not okay that a player is not able to fully train passing when playing as a defender, striker or GK because it's a training type ONLY SUITABLE for MID order. This is not a good plan when we are encouraged to play for the best results, cause this is forcing managers to use defenders, strikers and GK as MID during a match.

If I have a player, which is not set in slot of advanced training, he will get also formation treining? Or just general?
I mean, if I set pace for defenders, and this one will play as a defender, will he train mainly pace, and rest of skills just a bit like now with general training?
Those in advanced training slots will just start with 50% bonus. Thats the difference?
What if I have pace for defenders, passing for mid, technique for strikers. My player will play:
- friday - friendly - as DEF
- sunday - league - as MID
- wednsday - league - as ATT
Will he get bonus to pace, technique and passing (starting from 0% while he is not in advanced training slot), and rest of the skills just general training?

General training is just a aditional training of all skills that are not trained at the moment, so its at one speed for evary player.
In new system you can get:
Advanced training - for 10 players you set
Formation training - for all the rest.
So each formation will get chosen training, but some at basic level, some at advanced level (much more efficient)
General training is about any other skills, and all players get it no matter if they are with advanced training or not.
I would ask you a clarification, please. If I have a 29 years old player that plays with DEF order, and I set up to train defender skill for DEF, how will my 29years old defender receive the training?
For what I guess, he will get the GENERAL (all skills) + FORMATION training (low %, only defense skill).
Am I right?
