He will also get formation training, so one skill dedicated for training for his formation will be a bit more effective, that just a general training of all other skills.
If you will change his formations - you will need to decide what kind of training he should get, in new interface there will be a droplist to do it. He will get only one formation training, you need to choose, there is no option to train few formations at one training :)

How about minutes the player has played 75 as def and 65 as mid if we now choose mid training will he get 140 mins of mid training or only 65 mins?

One of major problems was, that int game could reset your player training - that will be solved by new system:)
2022-06-17 13:51:15
Well, we will discuss it one more maybe among devs. Its also the idea, to make the system not to flexible - and treat formations just like options for very indiwidual training, its not good for the game if still players will be used on possitions not suitable to them, just to get training.
2022-06-17 13:51:44
You will need to choose one formation that will count.
2022-06-17 13:53:43
Exactly:)

do you mean both posts from me?

reading this once more it looks like players picked for advanced training will need less match minutes to get 100% of advanced training than other players will need to get 100% of formation training.

it's still confusing and not very clear...

the situation is simple, let's say we have player A. He pops to good passing after 2 while having 100% advanced training.

Is it or is it not possible for the same player to pop to good playmaker after 2 while using only 100% formation training + general training.

kuksa to Raul
I think I get it finally :) Numbers are here just as example, but I just want to check is this correct logic on simple example?

1. Advanced - Messi (MID) - playmaking - played one game
2. Formation - Ronaldo (MID) - playmaking - played one game
3. General

100 imaginary points is maximum for advanced training
20 imaginary points is maximum for formation training

Messi - he will receive 50% (basic) + 30% (one game) = 80% - and this is equivalent to 80 imaginary points for playmaking
Ronaldo - he will receive 30% (one game) = 30% - and this is equivalent to 6 imaginary points for playmaking

They will both receive same general training for other skills that week.

That means whole training in general will be more difficult. I mean, players with 100% intensity will pop up slower then now, cause it looks like it will be possible to train 21 players with pretty good intensity.

I have 10 young players, they are in advanced training slots. They play only friendly game. They will get 50% bonus + idk 30% from minutes in friendly " 80% intensity for 10 players.

Then 11 players, they are playing 2 league games. 0% from advanced training, but 2x bonus from league minutes, it may be 2x 45%. That means another 11 players will get about 90% intensity.

Am I right? Will I be able to train 21 players this way?
2022-06-17 14:35:37
It's really confusing :)

How i proposed to myself to understand this:
We have 3 types of trainings for player:
1. Advanced
2. Formation
3. General

1. Advanced: Start is 50% (w/o played minutes) + 25% for friendly + 40% for official match +?% for NT (we already have base 50%). But maximum is 100%.
2. Formation: Start is 0? Maximum is 25 or how mutch?
3. General: Start is 0, maximum is 10% as it is now?

So it would be nice to know this variables.

Also a question:
Player A
Training Setup:
Formation DEF - Technique
Formation MID - Passing
Training setup for him is advanced as MID.

So he plays as MID let's say 2 oficial matches so he get 100% of Advanced MID (passes) trainig and 10% General training as usual.
But! he also plays in friendly and lets say U-21 as DEF - will he get Formation training for DEF?
2022-06-17 14:52:50
I understand it like this:

- Every player gets general training
- Every player gets formation treining, according to formation that player is bound to, starting at 0% intensity
- 10 players from advanced slots gets additional 50% bonus to formation training, no matter if they play any minutes or not
- You can increase intensity of formation training for every player gathering minutes in games
2022-06-17 15:22:53
Hi Geston. For what I've understood, formation training has a low percentage, like general trainings. So I don't think that training 21 players will be a suitable training method.
Maybe you can consider the formation training useful for maintain the best skills level of older player for a longer time...
2022-06-17 15:26:16
1) All right in which case player does not get training or training will be halved?

Player plays in 1st league game 75 mins as DEF and in the 2nd league game as MID 75 mins.

That's clear that we need to select ONE training formation, how about minutes distribution here? Can a player play 150 minutes for example and receive training for 150 minutes even if i select his formation DEF and MID during the week as individual order for games and for training MID.
How many minutes for MID training does he receive?
2022-06-17 15:28:02
75min. He will recieve training for minutes only in selected position.

Raul

"All players can get 100% intensity of training - just for players from advanced list it will be a bit easier, starting from 50%."
2022-06-17 15:53:56
I understood it the same way, but it seems absurd so probably it's a communication problem...
2022-06-17 16:15:04
It's something that he shouldn't have written. It's confusing.

All training goes up to 100%. That is efficiency.

Now, effectiveness:
- Advanced formation (specific skill) training is the most effective;
- Basic formation (specific skill) training is 4-5 times less effective that the advanced training, when at same efficiency(%);
- General training is around 10 times less effective than the advanced training, when at same efficiency(%).

Players on advanced list get advanced formation training + general training for other skills. Training efficiency starts at 50%.
All other players get basic formation training + general training for other skills. Training efficiency starts at 0%.
