There are two ways, one is what I already described about possibility to train 21 players.

Second one as majti_orion thinks is that % effectivness says only how many % from possible training player gets. It doesnt mean 100% of non-advanced = 100% of advanced training.
It is possible that non-advanced training even with 100% brings 4-5 times less progress then 100% of advanced training.

Need clarification, but words Raul wrote here suggests, that what I think is closer to truth.

If it indeed is, that means whole training in general should be more time consuming if it would fit idea with less x-divine players.
I mean, it probably will be calibrated such way, that comparing to present system, you will need as example 4 weeks to pop up on some level of skill, compared to 3 weeks that you need now to same skill level.

I feel the formation training is losing it's functionality with this kind of reduction.
First of all... you need to play at least 2.5 matches to reach the 20 - 25% effective training for formation training, which is ridiculous!
2nd...this is the same for GT?
3th additional training gives a 50% start bonus and it could ad up to 100% effective training with 1.5 matches.
But if you want to increase the strength of your defenders by increasing their PM, you need to play them in 1.5 game with a wrong order.

Imo, it's really wrong to prevent PM training for DEF and ATT order in this ME! It's by far the most crucial skill to lack for defenders and strikers to conclude it's not important enough to be able to be trained on if you don't play with MID order.
A defender with superdivine defender and pace will play like a noob as MID, losing in high frequency his ball to either a tackle or a bad pass because of the lack of playmaker. Is this the kind of play style you want to encourage by preventing PM training for other players than MIDs?

Also, defender has always been a skill which was able to train equally for all field orders.
Actually, you must look at MID players as combinated defender / striker players, whcih are supposed to be able to play on the entire pitch.
That means they must be able to learn all skills which are necessary for DEF and ATT players.
However, they should not have skills, solely ment for MIDs, meaning a skill should never have a strict order for training, with exception of GK.
However...what you can do is limit the use of certain skills to 2 orders...

I propose the following for coming towards the middle in your proposal AND to keep some logic within these choices:

ALL orders:
Stamina, pace, passing, playmaker
GK order:
keeper
DEF order:
defender, technique
MID order:
defender, technique, striker
ATT order:
technique, striker

I know some people won't like it for strikers to not being able to train defender, but this is imo a small sacrifice compaired to PM.

but sokker has always and old vision of the football, we dont have winger skills or Order position for DEF, MID , and ATT .

I dont think the problem are order position, first must be changing motor engine to late talk about other positions., but I think this will be the big challenge to get a really change and do bigger the game

They're screwing up training with this limitations, I don't get it, it's pretty annoying actually...

We have to choose between screwup lineups and better players or better lineups and limited players, ridiculous hahahahaha

Let's first most annoying bugs to be fixed then we can think of else . As predicted game become mostly load and save lineup no time to watch games or adjust tactics what's the point of new features...

Strikers can create A LOT of goal chances due the high "defender" skill, it's a new sh*t rule... They sould change ME before made this change in training. Strikers with high Playmaking are waaaay better too, it's another level of sokker!
