In worst case, players with formation training could reach 100% with 3 games played. Thus, it means that 33% gained in one game (it means for 3 friendlies). Thus for official game, the % will be higher. 40%?

I don't expect that Raul will tell that in advance, But it should be easy to find out, because the new training page shows the intensity status of every player.
true, we will not give you direct data, but you will be able to find out quite easy.
Is formation training equal in skill gain for advanced and non-advanced slots?
I mean, each week non-advanced treinee gets 100% intensity. Another trainee in advanced slot gets 80% each week. Who trains faster?

Majti_orion probably described that mechanism most simple, that how it will work.
But remember, that % od intensity (effectiveness on the project) is not that final efficiency of training described by Majti - its just an info about minutes played - and if you should give him some more minuts till next training.

Raul, what's up with tactic editor on mobile? When can we expect that? It's the only thing left to make the game fully playable on mobile.
i'm afraid we need completly new page for tactic to make it possible - current editor is just a simple conversion from flash technology, not designed for mobile at all.
Raul why is still imporant match order in training? Can you make only trainink groupe. I do not want play with strikers with mid order etc. It will be so difficult still thinking who and when play with orders....
If we want to train our midfielders on defender, will they need DEF order to get the best training as possible?

So optimal order per skill would look like this?
Keeper training optimal on keeper order
Defender training optimal on DEF order
Playmaker training optimal on MID order
Striker training optimal on ATT order
??

Or will you make playmaker more accessible for DEF order (something Defenders also need)
And make defending training more accessible to MID order, a skill midfielders really need as well (as was the case up untill now :)

As I understand it it's what we used to call "receive full (or % of) training"
Let mauser confirm this, as he is the best translator of Raul in this game XD

maybe some direct example. Player gets a formation training (not advanced). according to your estimations, he gets 20-25% of training. But he played just around 50 minutes in week, so his intensity of training is around 50% only. it means, that he really gets 2025% * 50% intensity, so something about 10-12,5%.
And its without any other parameters, like quality of trainers.

exactly, reform is not about grouping players into different training scenarios, its about more flexibility with all 4 formations training instead of only one like now.
