+1 for "Skills must be visible by default! "

If the team managers want to hide their players, they have to built a fence theirselves.

Checkboxes are wrong idea. I think better would be that NT coach sends request to see skills of any player (same nationality ofcourse). Request is valid for 5 days, owner can response with showing or not to showing skills.
If owner doesnt response in 5 days NT coach will see skills. It prevents NT-players beeing blocked by users that are not activ, bots or just lazy to response.

Skills once showed should be visible until end of the season. New season = new requests.

to complicate, do you imagine how many requests will encumber the system in beginning of seasons by all the coaches U21 and Senior.
that must be simple not a gas factory.

Its really not alot comparing to whole game. I think just forum makes alot more trafic.

Or combine "check boxes" default set as "skills visible" and such requests only available when players skills are hidden.

I like a less injuries. NTs can survive without my players :)

Check the box and hide the skills... but you know... even than u're not insured that your player won't get karma injury in a non-combat friendly ;-)

NT games should be risk free :)

I like sokker for its realism, and NT injuries are a part of that realism, even if I don't like it when my players got injured

and NT injuries are a factor of balance management between strong and weak teams - strong teams have more NT players and for that more problems with injuries

In real life there aren't NT games every week.
Or they should decrease the amount of injuries compared to amount of NT matches each week in real life

Raul, my friend,

I would like to return to the subject of skills when you stated:

About limitations for passing - we decided to allow it for all formations.
But - Goalkeeping, Defending, Playmaking and Striking - we decided to save it as it is now - you can only train that skill when player is playing at proper formation.

Several of us have already spoken out against including Playmaking (PM) on this list and I want to reinforce their arguments. PM for me, a mediocre player in youth, translates the question that every player asks when he is in possession of the ball: and now, what to do?

So, it's not a skill like Defending and Striking. No, it's something that every player needs to develop. Keeping PM as an exclusive to the midfield is to condemn sokker games to reproduction of the ridiculous scene in which the defender sends all the balls to the stands.
Let the defenders (and forwards too) train PM, please.

I had not read this :(
The idea is to give dynamics to the training strategies, not to add absurd rules

They totally distort 2 important aspects of football.

1. There are more and more integral players
2. They condition tactics by placing players in incorrect orders.

The second point is retrograde in every sense, not to mention that the context is somewhat ridiculous, they add more validations to the game, more errors, more possibility of errors and add a disastrous limitation to the game.

Indeed.
PM is by far the most influencing skill in this ME and also the most dominant when the skill is underdevelopped.
A player with tragic PM will almost never execute a good pass, react like a senior, he just plays like a superdivine player in tragic form with a small injury and tragic stamina.

There is no reason at all to limit that skill to MID order exclusively.
I can live with scoring limited for ATT order and obviously keeper for GK order, but all other skills are versatile skills, not only important for 1 order.

As for skills for NT players.
Give the NT coach the view of the last updatet skill sheet as represented within the NTDB and give the managers the choice to auto update a player or not.
The reason why a NT coach selects a player is because he ''knows'' the skills from the last update and he can estimate the improvements or regression that player has undergone. But it's annoying to keep a sheet next to your pc or a 2nd sheet on your computer with the NTDB page open.

There should be no limitation, they continue to condition everything to the game orders, how sad to read this...

This is nonsense for any interpretation that wants to be given, both in additional work for developers and in attractiveness for gameplay.

each user should have the freedom to customize their equipment they want, the rules of the algorithm are what would shape a standard. If a player wants his strikers to have more or less defense, it is the player's decision, if he trains defense he will sacrifice training of another skill.

there are now supposed to be fewer weeks per season, allowing full players would lead to fewer peak skills and allows for our in-game strategies, WITHOUT AFFECTING team performance.

Perhaps it has already been discussed but I want to make sure everybody is considering the lack of pace training on old players.

Currently, if you train Pace, every player that plays the match gets full training, even if he has 70 years old.
Logically, for older players, the rhythm in which they loose skills is much faster than the rhythm in which they gain training, so even with training they will end up decreasing their skills.
But getting fulll Pace training helps them to decrease their skills more slowly than if they get general training.

So, now that only 10 players will get full training (and almost surely none of the 10 will be old players), ¿do we agree that Pace will decrease a lot faster for older players than we see it now?
