well, i cannot agree with argument, that no team can afford wider squad... with additional games all of you have much more money that you used to in previous seasons. From my experience, i get almost 4m euro more during last season - and that season was also shorter with 3 weeks! so you get much more money per week than it was before reform.

Injuries are reduced a bit, but still - to compete with different competitions effectively, you need more players, thats good for the game.
Injuries are good overall, there is only one problem with them - probability- we should develop some change, that will reduce number of multi-extreame cumulations (extreame bad luck), like few injuries in one game, or in row - but every manager should be prepared, that he lose during season few players and he need to manage it.

For optimum def training you will need to use DEF match order - same as for goalkeeping (GK), playmaking (only for MID) and striker (ATT only).
We want to link training of key formation skill with playing with that order in games. Check my comment on arturombre post above.

reported, we need to clarify it among devs and i will give you answer.

Maksim Bajčeta [36220274]

Last match

2022-06-10 Skinwalker Ranch - fc_tex 2:0

He was injured for 22 days and today it's still 10 days? So it can't be true...

Eh everyone will adapt. Everyone can afford broader roster. You just have to sacrifice some quality of 11-13 players to get 15-16 instead for the same money. More money wouldn't solve the problem as then players would simply become more expensive.
They should increase quality player count to support bigger rosters instead - more/better juniors on average and a couple more training spots in my opinion. And something to force using subs more (make players tire more regardless if they have max stamina, so weaker subbed on players would outperform them) so teams with 11 "better" players couldn't simply rely on luck about cards/injuries

if I have a wider team, there would have to be more training pitches and not only 10th the NT players need training not only the young ones. certainly it is complex to find a good solution but certainly feasible.

+1 to that. Or delayed drop of skills so there would be a point of buying 29+ guys to fill the slots that dont require training but can be played for several seasons before they drastically lose their value.

do you mean so or slightly slower :O

He was injured for 22 days and today it's still 10 days?

stats say that a 22yo heals +/-0 in the estimated time. I would prefer if that standard would be set around 26yo.

That is not your average player :D

Raul do Sky-Eye
From my experience, i get almost 4m euro more during last season

I'm in a huge doubt.
Prove that!

Simply calculations:
Your average attendance per game last season is about 20 000.
Average ticket price is 17 $
4 extra games per season means 1 300 000 $ more from tickets income.

But you have 3 weeks of sponsorship less. Lets say 3 x 200 000 $.

1 300 000 $ - 600 000 $ = 700 000 $

So where are these 4m euro?????

@raul Injuries need drastic reduction and they need it with hight priority...24 injury on 31 superb player means end of season for him
Market is impossible to buy anything and it does not make sense to by old players just to fill gaps same with good players that can be trained no sense is to not train decent young playerr....
At least remove the stupid rule so we will be able to get rid from those oldies we fill the gaps...
Out only source is to develop and keep more players on different lines but again injuries on trainees killing us...

But you have 3 weeks of sponsorship less.

And three weeks less of salaries and other costs, player salaries = ~170k euro weekly, coaches I guess at least 200k euro, stadium costs and junior school about 50k euro together.

(170+200+50) * 3 = 1.26M euro
+ 700k you calculated, about 2M euro

I don't know where the rest comes from :P

juytt to Raul
It should more reasonable to postpone training reform next season, and fix all servers/bugs problems before.

The user experience is worse than ever, each weeks a bug that affect TL/ senior/junior games ...

Another example : if you buy "plus" you dont even get a correct training report. That's a terrible strategy to f* off the "plus" users" imo. Just fix first.

Talk for yourself. Reform was meant to be from this season and many users have programmed their transfers and training accordingly. So why should it be delayed? Deadline was announced 2 or 3rd week of this season, then it should be implemented as promised as well.
