It's not about been smart we cannot produce runners only or whatever we train. we have to rotate training so it's time to switch training no matter what the game plans. But is easy to switch from pace to something else :)

Ok, devs, from now on lets just agree that you guys have like 2 more months to implements the new trainning system.

The thing is, let us trully know when the change is coming. Say something. Anything.

At least say that when the new trainning system is ready, you guys will announce it is TRULLY ready and give us 2 weeks to adjust our teams (buy selling, buying and planning traines) before effectively implementing it.

That is the big problem, they do never communicate.
They will tell it one minute ahead or afterwards.
They will not give us the 2 weeks and 2 months ahead you can totally forget about.

The problem is that they have never met the deadlines, I always say that it's better not to create expectations and better to say minimum deadlines. The training reform has been almost a year late, and in one day it went from 1-2 weeks maximum, to 2-3 and then 3-4 maximum. and it seems that there will be more, it would be easier to say minimum terms and not maximum so as not to create false expectations. I paid the plus the other day because I know they are making a great effort but sometimes these things make us angry.

Maybe they hired bad programmers.

By the way... I have heard a rumour that the sokker servers are also running GT7.

Could easily explain why both have been broken this week

If you work in IT industry you know the following 2 things are true:
a) you wont meet the deadline :P
b) you need deadlines to put pressure in your staff. Otherwise it would be worse.

In general, I agree I prefare a well tested software than one thats sent to production without appropiate testing. The only thing that would bother me a lot is if after they make the change, there are still lots of bugs.

Don't worry there will not be any downtime because...there will not be any update.
