You have to play them with the order you put in the training to increase "training efficiency". If you dont, you get only 50% of the training.

edit: as mauser said - you dont have to play them with that order in all the games. If you are satisfied with the efficiency after 1 game, you can play them as mids in other games that week.

In new sistem arent important what was the last match plaied?
I mind what for ex. In friendly i plaied as midd (and the training is set also to mid -pass), but in the league i will play as def.
He will takes 100%?

Yes, minutes from friendly match will count for his training.

He will takes 100%?
No, because one friendly match is not enough to get to 100%. We will see today what % friendly match gives, but I know it's not enough because one official match gives 96% in advanced training (and then if you want to get to 100% you need to play another full match, as it goes linearly with that second match from 96% to 100%, for example one official + half of another official gives 98%).

yes, order will not be important and you can play def order in league after mid in friendly - he will get the training for mid minutes played anyway.

Also keep in mind that this week is still by the old rules.

Thx!

trga to like
so, just to make it clear for myself.. if i have 10 mids selected on the 10 slots, and pick them on 1 official and 1 friendly match in a training week, in match formation 5 are selected as def (fe. def training selected on pace) 3 as mid (fe. mid training selected on pass) and 2 as att(fe. att training selected on tech), this 10 dudes will get a 100% of training, 5 on pace, 3 on pass and 2 on tech?
2022-07-15 13:16:14
if all 10 of them play both matches and both with the correct training order (5 as def, 3 as mid, 2 as att), they all will get 100% for sure, 5 on pace, 3 on pass and 2 on tech.

edit isn't sure if it was a serious question...

Dtox9 to Raul
So all right side skills are possition skills, and it will require to play on that possition to develop it.

How do you explain the phenomenon that players with high PM have higher ratings on all positions then?
The fact you are thinking about defender, playmaker and striker as being position skills isn't logical at all.
Unless the ME is adjusted in a way PM doesn't have an overruling factory and the order isn't influencing the behaviour of the player, like it is now, it's a wrong kind of thinking.
Strikers and defenders with higher PM play waaaaaaaaay better then triple superdivine strikers or double superdivine defenders with very low PM.
Yet the system asks for players to play as a midfielder with their superdivine def or striker skills in order to train PM... And then they play according to their order and not to their skills. This is really wrong :-(

For 4 percent training to risk a trainee a whole game it's not about right :(
Either 1 game should give Les training else we need to have different players for every game . That's way fixing injuries is super urgent ...

Raul to Dtox9
well, it's just a clarification of old rule, sure, defending training was possible for mids too, but passing wasnt possible - so its 1:1, passing will be more flexible, defending less, overall that rule stays as it was - 4 skills are most effective only for one dedicated formation.

There was an option to: 1. cancel that rule at all, or 2. make it more logic (so all right side skills working in the same way) - we decided to do that second move.
2022-07-15 13:45:25
but you know, that it works the same as it was till today? its your risk if you really need that 4% more.
Efficiency will be now visible - but it works the same as it was - till now, one official game for your player was exactly 91% of possible training. to get more, also in the past you needed to give him more games.

I dont agree with everything you are doing but that move was indeed the right one !
2022-07-15 13:52:05
Yes of course I will not risk my 18 but the 23 25 y old that are key for the team need to play and with so many games injuries need reduction....
2022-07-15 13:56:51
Now you gave us extra 5 slots so we can rotate trainees so that's another solution increase slots if you do not want to reduce injuries but we will still complain about injuries on trainees
2022-07-15 13:58:51
and that is why we reduced chance of injury and lenght of it a bit last season.
For now it should be enough - in the future probably we will add some extra options, like medical treatment, but its long term goal for now.

You also have currently much more money from tickets, so i belive there is a option to buy some extra reserves ;)
