It will be a easy checkbox (like - allow NT coach to see player skills) - by random set to "yes", if someone will not want to allow that - he will be able to do it.
NT coach will see skills of that player when visiting his profile.

long term we are open to any ideas how to reform NT games, i think that there should be also other competition possible than only WC, like competitions for each continents or sometihing - there will be much more fun if some more trophies will apear someday.

I would implement it like that:

1. Add a checkbox to user profile "Allow NT coaches to see your players' skills if they are his NT nationality" (or something better worded :P), this checkbox should be ticked by default

2. Write a dev diary about that, say there that the ability to see skills will be implemented in a week or two, so all users who don't want to show their players' skills have some time to untick that checkbox

3. After a week or two add these changes:
- when NT coach loads user's team "first squad" page or directly player's page then it should show skills of the player if all of these are satisfied:
a) user has checkbox ticked
b) player's nationality is the same as NT
c) if we are U21 coach then the player has to be U21
- when NT coach loads his NT "first squad" page it should show skills of the player if owner of this player has checkbox ticked
- same thing could be added in match settings

4. Would be nice to also add a player search for NT coaches, but it would probably be much more complicated than the rest I proposed, as it would require creating a new page (or two) for that.

well, inflation is a problem and we need to reduce it somehow in the future. We will work on it after training reform too.
Of course only possibility to limit inflation is to reduce ammount of money in the game, but for sure we should do it some how (maybe in few steps, slowly testing different solutions, but for sure we need to do it).

Its not normal situation, that transfer balance is so important now, than most of users even dont try to control their weekly costs, if they have possitive balance year after year, just accumulating money.

Our goal is to make budget decisions more important for the game, and also reduce the difference between new users and oln ones, who accumulated like 100m euro and cannot be reached.

Seems to me player height and weight and BMI is not currently implemented by the game engine, headed goals are a bit random currently right?
and we know some GK with little height?
could this changed with junior reform?

We already have that page: it's called transfers :P

It just would probably need a new option to the dropdown of [transfer list, transfer ads], and add a bit of logic in the server side

yep, but this is a old page, we rather want to develop something based on new code - so i think that it can be like a table view of team, with option to sort by skills, value, etc.

Well, to be honest i dont know how it work right now - probably Greg have best knowledge about match generator.
But its also connected with engine modernization - as I've mentioned, its rather our final goal, but all that kind of elements should be implemented.

MID trainers should have an extra since at least 4 skills have to be trained, for example that passes and playmaker are trained faster.

Regarding training, I hope that some examples will be presented to support the rewriting of the rules.

In the French forum, we are already starting to have some "brain storms" to understand the interaction between the choice of training and the positions held by a player during a training week.

Reading so many opinions, at times I think about the development staff or team, will they really read all the opinions?

I am beginning to believe that is not the case, and if they have people in charge of this, they will have a limited idea. Stupid new team training limitations were kept and created, which will maintain the status quo and bring nothing new to the game.

Limit orders to play, training is unnecessary, the game engine should be in charge of judging the decisions made.

Anyway, at least the new training format already has dates.

yep, we are aware that rules need to be well written, already working on that.
But I also think, that new interface with visible efficiency will be best tool to learn new rules quite fast.

For sure will be possitive impact instead - becouse if you want be able to train 3x devine ATT, then you will need to think what is your priority and key factor that will outsmart your upcoming oponent - should you try to play direct balls for your fast strikers, or search for chances from heading, or focus on dribling skills.

With current ME it isn't (and it will never be) that simple.
