Indeed, engine should be upgraded too, but even with current engine it will be better if you will need to use players with different profiles instead of complete stars.

So we can train 22 players, because with 2 league matches and one friednly, they can all reach at least 90, even more. Considering advanced start with 50.
And one more thing, non advanced players get 80 per friendly, but advanced get only 40, considering they already have 50, is it right?

Yeah, it goes linearly from 50% to 96% - first full official match gives additional 46% to base 50%, so half of the match gives additional 23% (50%+23% = 73%).

No, you can't fully train 22 players. Formation Training even at 100% efficiency will be few times worse than Advanced Training at 100% efficiency (I estimate 5 times worse, meaning it will only give about 20% in trained skill of what Advanced Training would give).

Yes, it is right, because it works like that: if X% is Formation Training efficiency then Advanced Training efficiency will be 50% + (X/2)%. Advanced Training will always be closer to 100% than Formation Training, but the difference in efficiency gets smaller the closer both values get to 100%.
