Subject: »[info]Dev Diary #82: Automatic release of NT-players from

2022-07-16 19:20:59
for a NT match, what are the % of training assigned at players

Looks like 90 min NT added like ~30% to formation efficiency.

there is one more rule canceled at the end of our reform development.
We decided to resign from limits per formations, like only 2x GK and 6x ATT in training slots.
There is rather no need to use it, number of games set rules anyway (3x games = 3x GK max per week). There is also no reason why we should block number of ATTs to 6.

Without that rule it will be more simply to undersand rules for users, so we belive its a small change, but for the better.

Interesting.

So, 9 ATT trainees per week?
2022-07-16 19:32:00
if you see in it any sence, while you can balance slots with different possitions - but yep, possible.

Also small feature will be develop (but probably in next two weeks) - there will be link to player profil at players list on the training interface.
2022-07-16 19:34:33
but in a sense of the economy and inflation of prices strikers are the most expensive do you consider the impact on economy ?
2022-07-16 19:34:57
Personally, I don't.
They will receive lower (% of) efficiency.

Asking to understand the change.

Thx.
2022-07-16 19:40:23
yep, but we belive that prices will follow, its hard to say now how majority of users will train players... But I rather think, that most of users will rather train few formations than fight with just one - it's simply more flexible and more usefull for your team, so users that will focus on 9x ATTs will be rather white ravens.

I'm quite excited to see how economy will adjust - but if I bet, there will be much easier to buy a GK - for now almost all users need to buy one, after reform lot of users will train some for own club - so number of buyers could be seriously reduced. But who knows? :)

Does that mean that formation limitations are lifted as well for example to play in 4-2-4 , 2-5-3 etc.. ?
2022-07-16 21:43:07
The limitation is per match: 5 defs, 5 mids, 3 atts

2-5-3 is safe to be used

Raul, if I put playmaking training for defenders, my defender has 98% of efficency. It's true?
I can train playmaking for defenders, is the same thing that to train playmaking for midfielders?

(or striker for midfielders, or keeper for defenders... )

this is an important question.

In the final version you won't be able to choose playmaking training for defenders.

Intensity is not the same as efficiency. Intensity only depends on minutes played.

But like Mikoos says, in future you can't chose training with reduced efficiency.

To keep it simple, what changes is, that we can assign individual training for 10 players. Choose per week trained skill for each position, GK, DEF, MID, ATT. Otherwise the logic of minutes per week etc does not change. It's more flexible compared to old system, just from now on we can choose per week a training skill per position?

What I am missing in communication is the role of coaches in this updated training. How's it changed now, taking into consideration that you have multiple positions to train simultaneously and most probably multiple coaches with different skill sets. Can somebody put more light on this topic?

There is no communication about coaches, because nothing changed with coaches :)

There will be one main coach, he will be responsible for training for all formations. If you want to train many formations and different skills for them then optimally this coach should be unearthly in all of these skills.
2022-07-17 13:58:48
So, that basically changes a lot TBH :D
When you trained one skill per week, you could rotate between coaches based on their training abilities for particular skills. Now you need a single coach with all the different skills maximized.
In the end, leaving this as is, changes the strategy of hiring and assigning coaches a lot.

But ok, this will be the same for all of us. Just wish it was poorly communicated (or rather not said at all).

IMO the ideal scenario would be the ability to assign any coach for a single (or max 2.) formation training in a single week. That would be much closer to the old training system.
