IMO the ideal scenario would be the ability to assign any coach for a single (or max 2.) formation training in a single week. That would be much closer to the old training system.

for training defenders in defender and pace, it's almost the same than before. You need a coach with both skills at unearthly, and while you had to switch between both trainings in the past, you are more flexible now and can train both skills at the same time.

Not exactly. Previously I could have 1 coach with an unearthly defender and the other coach for unearthly pace and rotate between them.
Anyway, changes are well known now, so I don't want to blame the changes, I rather wanted to make sure I understand the differences and only pointed out the main difference from my point of view. At the end of the day, I am happy seeing Sokker to be developed recently and I am happy for the direction :)

Exactly - to be honest main change in reform is to make training just more flexible - so you can even train players as you was in the past (probably with the same coaches even)- but if you want to use the reform in 100% (and train players of all formation types) - then sure - you need to invest in proper coach stuff. Your call ;)

Assistants remain the same 3 max I assume and général level counts yes?

Not exactly. Previously I could have 1 coach with an unearthly defender and the other coach for unearthly pace and rotate between them.

This way general training in other skill is worse than it would be with one coach with unearthly pace and defender. That's why most users have main coach with many unearthly skills (preferably 7x or even 8x unearthly), as it makes general training much better in all thes skills.

Mostly all but keeper, because or the wage/salary.
2022-07-17 18:56:07
Maybe i miss something, but how do you train a defender in both skills at same time with the new sistem?
2022-07-17 18:57:40
One week in def, next week in pace : )p
2022-07-17 19:02:59
Ah that make sense, but is not really " at the same time", i was thinking there was a way to get both skills trained the same week, a short lived hope xD
2022-07-17 19:15:34
well you can train defender with mid orders this way you can train 2 different skills fro your defs...
2022-07-17 19:30:35
No, you can't.
It was said few times before..
2022-07-17 19:33:14
I meant that you can give both trainings to your 10 defender trainees

you train 6 as DEF in defender and 4 as MID in pace for example, at the same time

in the past you often had to sell a trainee who had reached max level in one of these skills, now you can easily switch him to the other training group

What if i have a defender, lets say Valentin, i make him play first official match as defednder for defense, second match as mid for technique, will get both training in a reduced % or just the last one?
2022-07-17 20:35:32
The thing you have to think is that you have to choose an order for training. If order is DEF, then he will be trained in defender, if order is MID, he will be trained in technique
2022-07-17 20:46:40
so it is, you can't train a single player in 2 formations in the same week
