But now it is working differently. After player reach some value of efficiency, additional played minutes add way less to training
it is easy:
50% eff is basic;
first 90 official minutes are 46% eff;
every 22 official minutes above first 90 official minutes are additional 1% eff.

Close, but it's slightly off. This "96%" for 90 minutes official is ~96.5% in reality, so you only need about ~13 additional minutes to get to 97%, and then you need about 25-26 minutes for each of the remaining 1% :P

Yes, number shown as efficiency is always rounded down, I tested many values with official minutes between 90 and 180 and it confirms my assumptions. It can't work with "to the nearest" rounding, rounding up will also not work.
Based on my data I can also say that 90 minutes official minutes in formation training gives efficiency somewhere between 93.00% and 93.08% (it's possible that it's exactly 93%), and that means 90 official minutes in advanced training gives efficiency between 96.50% and 96.54%.

But then you wouldnt see 100%. And it would be weird to round down everything but 99,5+ up as a special case.
Also there was a post by Raul, that official game in advanced training is 91% which would mean 95,5% and rounded up for showing. No idea why formation training would have a difference with 93% in that case though.

Why wouldn't I see 100%? Two official matches give exactly 100%, without any rounding needed.

The simple answer is: Raul was wrong with his 91% information, it's 93% in the new system. Maybe it was 91% in the old system, but now it isn't.

As I see, GK DEF MID ATT, all can train stamina, passing, technique and pace. Additionally GK have option for training keeper, DEF for defending, MID for playmaking and ATT for striker.
So by this you are not in able to train for example playmaking to DEF formation.
1st. So i setup my training on first day and im guessing these restrictions are implemented after, so at this moment i have ATT playmaking, but if i change that im sure i cant go back to it, since i dont have it now in drop down menu.
2nd. Why all options have possibility to train passing and we are saying passing is most efficient for MID, by the old rules. I guess that this old training rule for passing is not active anymore, at least logic demands that.
Now 3rd problem is this u21 issue, devs are silent now by all issues until that is resolve, and now i can just have discussion with you guys in forum, probably official answer/explanation will never came.

Mostly - because until now you could never really reach 100%, just 99.xx% with all the games played, I think that was confirmed years back? And according to Raul efficiency calculations hasnt changed, just that you start with 50% for advanced training.
1. Yeah, they shouldn't let people set wrong training in the first week, now some can have "illegal" settings made. I suppose someone could still set the wrong order with edited API request :P
But don't expect good training results with these wrong settings, it may not work at all or give really bad % of training, like in the old system.
2. Rules are not yet updated for a new training (which is one of the big failures of this training reform)
3. If devs do nothing then there is a high chance that on saturday system will plan world cup matches for the next week... or for the same day xD or system will break completely and do something stupid :)

I know what Raul said - but I care more about the actual data.
For example - I know that 180 off minutes gives 100% in both formation and advanced training. If there was "rounding to the nearest" then it would need to be at least 99.5% in both... but if it's at least 99.5% in formation then it is least 99.75% in advanced.
And then I know that 179 official minutes gives 99% in advanced training, meaning that it can't give more than 99.5% in advanced training, so there would be at least 0.25% point difference in just a one minute played.
And then I know that 155 minutes also gives 99% in advanced training, which means it's at least 98.5%, that means 24 minutes (between 155 and 179 minutes) would give at most 1%.
But from all the data I have I see that the changes in efficiency between 90 and 180 official minutes is linear, so there can't be a situation where 24 minutes give at most 1% (= at most 0.0417% per minute) and then the last 1 minute gives at least 0.25% per minute.
Rounding up breaks the math even more :)

I always thought training per match is based on remaining available training multiplied by game type coefficient instead of total sum of minutes (and it calculated well so far, but I haven't tried any special cases). I'll check it next week with 2x45min official as it should greatly differ from 1x90min if that is the case.
I've builded such calculator based on algorithm that Mikoos posted here. Tested it with decent amount of examples from other players and it is working very well.

You don't need to test it, I already confirmed that 2x45 minutes gives the same ammount as just 90 minutes in one match (93% formation and 96% advanced).
I see, then it is based on total minutes indeed and thanks for info :)
