You want 16 years old every week? Lol. :D For example - this season i didn't got any profitible juniors, and what? Nothing. Keep going. You will get some nice juniors soon with gooood $$$$

Well that's not true
It's very probable that he will get 0 high value youths while someone other will get 3 or 4 of them
YS is all about luck, some have a lot of it, some have none :-)

Yeah, i can agree that some are lucky, some are not. I got some nice juniors from 2019. I think, about 6-9 played in U-21. So, I'm really happy with that :))
18 years(not seasons) and no unearthly junior here. 2 magical if i remember correctly.
I guess i dont have enough luck :-)

Yup, same here, I think I never had an unearthly, maybe 2 or 3 magicals that weren't even good. And I always had a max unearthly youth coach.
While there are some that get 3 magical-unearthly in one season.
Just luck :-)

Solution that i mentioned a few times: random seed per team. Could be applied to multiple randomness in the game (separately).
Also pretty easy to implement.

Well not that easy
Of course the general idea is simple (rising % chance of top youth)
problem is that here it's a combination of
a. week incoming
b. number of weeks to leave ys
c. level when joining ys
d. talent
so there are 4 random factors that have to coincide to bring a top youth
(+5th when pulling out with skill distribution, but that's a different aspect)

How would that change anything? It would still be random, doesn't matter if a team has it's own seed for pseudo random number generator.
There are teams who pull magical/unerathly juniors all the time and there are teams which haven't had a single one.
That kind of random is broken random XD

will we have last warm up matches next week, or already normal friendly matches?
I have no idea, but
- I think that from now warm-up match is exactly the same thing as friendly match
- I think that every friendly game will be calculated as friendly match in training
- there will be no friendly matches the day playoffs matches take place

again? :(
I think they already said it but maybe I misunderstood and there will be such matches just not calculated as official to training
- there will be no friendly matches the day playoffs matches take place
no, I don't think so. They said, warm-up matches aren't needed because there are 3 matches in that week, enough for full training. And three matches means that there has to be a friendly match on playoff sunday.
