we decided to remove it from friendlies, but also training bonus - for official games injuries stays, but you get same training bonus as in club friendlies, so you can replace with NT game friendly game in your club, so it is same risk od injury. You can train using NT games now.

The problem there is that if you have a A player team, he will play 3 games a week +NT, is a lot of risk to take, and the bonus don’t matter cause you allready reach 100% with 2 official matches

kind a strange decision to be honest if we take into account that in WCQ season NTs have ~ 8 offical matches and 5 Frinedlies...
But is better than nothing i guess.

Anyways that is not going to be a solution i guess, now NT bonus training is useless except in u21 cause you can make him play NT and that’s it but if you have a competitive squad is the same that nothing

We analized players from both systems, new and old, and for example - 27y player that was poping for skill 16, was training exactly 33% lower, than in previous system, when he was younger and poped in the same skill to 15 (magical). It is normal, that training is going to be slower with age and skill level, so that 33% is not much from standard result.

It is exactly what we have experienced, it's too slow when we finally get the chance to round up a 27-29 yo NT player.
They are useless with 15 magical skill level in current ME.

training speed of main training (advanced one) will be as it was before reform from tomorrow, same as faster general and formation training.
No other changes are planned for now, except extra skill level, but it will take time to develop.


Can you also confirm that the "age" component won't interfere with the training speed?
Will the age factor or influence of % or whatever you call it also be the same as before the changes?

all parameters are the same as it was before the reform.
only one we decided to change was the parameter that slower the training vs skill level. And it was more impactfull for players in high age or in peace, when two different parameters (age x high level skill) crossed.

But, even in pace or older player - there is much less "loss" than we expected. I think that general training upgrade will be a good reward and will be visible fast.

But look, some of that problems will be solved.
We need to watch our resources, but tool for NT managers for skills is develop and will be introduced, deadline is till the end of this season.
Injuries - we just decided to introduce arcade rules for NT friendlies. It is a compromise, but hope you will like it.
We will get there, step by step.

And in the same time we need to make some changes for new users, that probably lot of you even didnt noticed, not relevant for current users.
Automatization of registration process, new registration form, much easier, different system to confirm account...
Or option to see player skills on match settings - that was the most important issues when we tested the game among non-users. Crucial point where lot of new players decided to left the game. Another one - skill names mean nothing when you are new - so we introduced numbers...

It is difficult task to change the game, balancing between advanced community and heritage vs making it accessible for others, but we are trying.
i hope you will rather stay with us and use to our changes, hopefully nothing what is in heart of Sokker will disapear. For other changes i belive all we can adapt.

yes, every parameter will be exactly as it was.
That is why we finally left our idea - changing one parameter (for example training speed vs skill level) seams to be small, but finally it is a function - co cobined with age, or skill kind (pace) it could hurt more (or less, if player is young and you training some other skill).

Training reform is important change, so we decided to left it be only about flexibility of training, without any impact on training speed.
