Raul, I've been a Sokker user for over ten years and I'm very pleased with the changes that have taken place so far. I don't agree with all of them but the balance has been very positive. I understand the disappointment and even the revolt of some old users but I also understand that the game has new owners and they have a business plan that needs to attract new users and not just satisfy the old ones. I see that this has been done very carefully so as not to subvert the game at its core. This is the most important point.

we decided to remove it from friendlies, but also training bonus - for official games injuries stays, but you get same training bonus as in club friendlies, so you can replace with NT game friendly game in your club, so it is same risk od injury. You can train using NT games now.

This change doesn't really make sense due to one simple reason

The NT games are AFTER friendly game and you never know if your player will play in NT and for how long (possible red card or not being used) so you can't really train using NT game, because you're not sure the player will get any minutes.

And if he doesn't play in NT, then you have to use him in league game, not friendly. Really weird decision to make them sometimes get injuries/training and sometimes not.

Also it builds big advantage for strong NT teams over weaker. In world cup season all teams that qualified provides alot of additional training for their players.
In same time, weak teams gets nothing, playing arcade games "for fun", ah, sorry, they dont get injured! You know what? Without playing such friendlies they get the same, also nothing.

In Pressroom I see no Dev Diary #68, but rather two times Dev Diary #67... Can you fix this? :o)

It is compromise... you can always talk with NT coach and get that info.
If we will decide that the reward is to low, maybe we will search for other solutions.

Shouldn't you communicate with a NT manager about your players and their future training?

Another NT-problem factor is that NT coach can use the player with MID order when you want to training him with DEF order (etc.) and it's often hard to agree with NT coaches to use players with order that owner wants... which is understandable because NT coach might not want to use defender with MID, midfielder with DEF or striker with MID order

This + friendly before NT = no, you can't train using NT games

I dont belive that it will be an extra training - in the end we are talking about top players, i think that users will always provide them top training in club. It is just small help, that you can use that player in one official game less, and he will still get almost 100% (so the injury risk is the same, NT game + one official, vs friendly + one offcial.

I am U21 coach and I always make a final decision about the line-up on Saturdays. I just cannot promise a few days ahead to several users that their players will play, how long and with what order

How exp and team discipline will work on those friendlies
