How exp and team discipline will work on those friendlies

sure, but lets test that solution for now. We need some time, and maybe we will extend arcade model, or try to find stronger rewards. Or limit the risk or lenght of injuries. Globaly it is for sure change in right direction.
i need to check, but i assume that we need clear rule - if we dont want any lose with NT games (injury) then no reward should follow, including exp too.
Think about U21 players. They are too weak to play in league. Friday friendly + NT game is enough to get decent training. After that change it lowers quality of team in league game when I need to play with such player for atleast 22 minutes. Its addintional problem especially for weak U21 teams.
It is compromise... you can always talk with NT coach and get that info.
If we will decide that the reward is to low, maybe we will search for other solutions.
But I don't really see the point why half the NT games will be like arcade and half will be normal with injuries, it's not really logical. It's as if Cup games were considered as Arcade, or every second league game was without injuries...
Yes, imagine the happiness of NT coaches who get 20+ sk-mails every week from owners asking if their player will play and with what order
Another problem is that NT coaches often make the decisions at Friday or even before the game, so they won't give such info in time to set up friendly + they might not want to send out info whether they will use their winger or 2nd/3rd striker in a World Cup game etc.
This only brings confusion and problems, it would be much easier to simply treat all NT games as Arcade w/o injuries and cards
The biggest problem with NTs is that people don't want to give skills because they don't want injuries
This change has no effect on that, people still won't want to send the skills because their players still can get injured in over 50% of NT games

Again - lets check that model for a while.
If that will be a serious problem - then we can always more forward.

Ehm, hello? Can you make dev diary 68 available for all users please? I feel left out...
It's like the story of the missing dev diary 63 all over again :o(

It already is a serious problem now and this model won't have an effect on choice of those who don't want to send skills because it doesn't change their problem with playing in NTs...
I send the skills but I ask NT coaches not to use my players if they don't have to, I'm agreed only for World Cup games and honestly I'd prefer if they didn't play at all in u21. No reward, huge risk.

well, some linguist need to publish the news in official way - hope it will be made soon.

But... I see other users quoting english passages, which is the language of the other dev diaries I see.
The thing is that dev diary 67 is repeated twice in the Pressroom I see.

But i also dont see DD on pressroom yet - not in PL language and also not in ENG. For now only Legolas posted it here in topic.
When you criticise DEV on forum strange things can happen on field...
;)
I remember you that I congrats to devs when, in the past, they were only correct bugs without any Sokker change :-D
All the jokes aside... Thank you all for the quick actions with these last changes!!!! :-D

Oh, I see now that it's on page 1 of this thread. Just thought there was a problem linked to the doubled DD 67. Nevermind and thx ;o)
I just read the NT changes and I have to say that I am sad about it. No point to play NT friendlies, for teams out of the world cup, those season would be lost.
Anyway I support SK, if devs think that is the way to go, it is ok, but I will no longer train NT since there is no point In the game.

I think they see it as a temporary solution to lower injuries from NT's.
Question, just to make sure: can we use injured players in friendly NT matches??
