Imagine situation when U21 team lost best players after age update. Next generation is very weak, but team has still very good rank. It is pointless to play friendlies in such season and losing rank points.

If your 25 year old player has magical pace and he received 6 trainings, in old system he'd be close to pop because he's on 15,8 or something, now after 6 trainings in the new old training system, they might only be on 15,5 or 15,6. They might 2 or 3 more trainings still

See the bright side Copa America and euro 27 now can be done with best players and no one will complain!

People still won't send skills of many players because they won't want to risk the players playing also in official games, I don't really see the difference
