No, League prestige is not average size of club members.
As per my understanding League Prestige is entirely related to the amount of levels of each country. So right now Ekstraklasa is clearly the one with better league prestige because its at the top of a 6 level league.
The 2nd divisions of Poland and the Serie A and Liga I from Romania should be the 2nd bests in league prestige, because they are 2nd of a 6 level legue or first in a 5 levels league.
That is what I always understood and I think it has always been unfair with users from smaller communities, but thats how I was told it works.

you are right, it is going from bottom to top.
Uruguay didnt get division reduction in the last seasons?

This theory is wrong, Poland went form 7 leagues to 6 leagues and nothing changed then.
Prestige has nothing to do with divisions in a country because sponsorship differs across leagues in the same division wildly. It is definitely to do with some calculation of fan club members in the league (whether it’s an average or not not sure but it’s consumed in whatever formula they decide to use).
Sponsorship/gate revenue/fan expectations/supporter mood/fans gained or lost each week, all of that comes from number of supporters you and your opponent and league have.
Edit: That is why small countries are disadvantaged (not because of divisions) as everything financial is based on fan sizes and fan sizes are “capped” to what everyone else has. Also true that for those in larger countries there is a limit that is reached too at some point but they have more users and leagues so overall the league has a lot more.

I cant assure what I said is correct, I have no proof, but I remember it was discussed in forums very long ago and it wasnt something invented by someone. But I am also sure that yours is a theory too, and let me remark: I NEVER said league prestige was a fixed value.
On the other side, differnce between same level leagues could be also influenced by other factors. As said above: "....Every week the supporter club size will be updated. The amount of supporters that sign up depends on:
........- Club division
........- League prestige
........- Opponent rank"
That is in the rules. We are just trying to figure out what is League prestige, but it defintelly exists and it causes the supporters club size to change, rather than it is influenced by it.

I am tempted to say something like "greg said this" but I wont: as I said I have no proof. I just want to mention that very long time ago the concept I am mentioning of league prestige was less defied

This theory is wrong, Poland went form 7 leagues to 6 leagues and nothing changed then.
Perhaps league prestige changed during league system change too. Perhaps it now has into account the amount of clubs in a league (considering that now each division has 12 clubs instead of 8), or perhaps the reduction in league prestige affected the bottom division instead of the top one.
Anyway, it is pointless to discuss about something nobody knows about. I am just telling what it used to be said in the past about league prestige.

I want to correct one thing of what I said: League Prestige its something that affects a whole country, not just a division.
As said in the rules, "Club division" is one factor affecting the increase/decrease in the number of supporters. "League prestige" is another factor, different from club division. The concept is more about "the whole Poland league" than about Ekstraklasa (f.e). Poland, having 6 levels, has better "league prestige" as a whole than Uruguay, that has 3 levels. That was the concept. Sorry for my mistake.

i have lost 29 points of form in my 13 competitive players... i still can´t believe it, i never seen something even similar, 18 to 14 in 2 players, 10 to 6 in another 2, then from 17 to 14 and etc... i am in shock
I am sure u r right about the divisions which is related to fanclubmember size. But for me that item is directly linked to the fanclubmember size while calculations
I want to relax and watch a match but my players can't pass the damn ball. Devs need to provide us with pass percentage stat just se we can all see (DEVS INCLUDED) how big of a joke this game actually is. They don't want too many superplayers, but the engine needs those players to function somewhat properly.
My biggest problem is my strikers never shoot. They always drive drive and drive. Pls give us command let the strikers shoot
place them in tactics lower than the ball, not higher/on the ball
