They look like archers, shooting arrows to see what they get, I still think they don't have a macro idea of what they want for the game
Well, I read the latest dev update. I'm a new player, in USA B league.
It sure looks like they want to keep running people out of the game.
They talk about reducing money income due to more games/ shorter season, but do they reduce injury lengths? No. Those stay the same.
It sounds like these changes are going to bankrupt my team. I'm currently running st a small weekly deficit because of coaches... and they want to make the game more expensive for me?
As it is, starting out I am relying on big clubs friendly income to tread water.
If I understand this correctly, I'll be quitting, instead of renewing plus in a couple months :/

...my friend... they will increase costs for the teams in the first divisions because there is a disproportionate income/outcome relation between the teams in the first and the last divisions.
example:
team in 1st division - stadium costs = 100.000
team in 6th division - stadium costs = 100.000
...identical stadium
team in 1st division - stadium income = 10.000.000
team in 6th division - stadium income = 2.000.000
... not as many people will come to the game and prices are lower because the team is in the last division. This is just an example with the stadium. It's even fair to be as it is, that not so many people are coming to see a 6th division game, but still right now the difference is to big. Lower division teams need much longer to reach higher divisions nowadays!

All these need to increase or decrease, accordingly, when a team is promoted or relegated!

I care about their promises about seeing NT players skills for NT managers... this is the 3rd season of waiting room here!!!!

Lower division teams need much longer to reach higher divisions nowadays!
that's not true
now it's easier than ever to reach top divisions
much less people playing at high level, much higher income with same expenses due to inflation of market, more home games etc.
there are teams from 2018-19 that can already play for 78+

PLEASE, Don't make the mistake of exaggerating salaries. That's not the way. Inviting people not to train so as not to make a player counterproductive is really bad, not fun...
THE DRUGS of the market are the income from stadium tickets (11 instead of 7 in 13 weeks instead of 16). just take this drug off, without ruining the game.

One of the reason they were neglected inflation was that market is self regulated. The prices will find their proper value nothing is wrong in "high prices" but adding new nonsense in the game to fix another getting really annoying.
They can add doctors and some other features for expenses but forcing people to downgrade their stadiums is insane

One of reason of not reducing if injuries was we have more income.
And that would have never worked but devs dont see it for some reason. To counter injuries there needs to be more players in all levels of quality - including top ones in the game so everyone can have those extra players to cover injuries - more/better juniors and more training slots. If everyone has more money, the same players simply go for more.

I assume reason is they do not play the game with such passion and dedication as we do and can't see our pain. Like talking on different languages..
