Certainly now, since the new trainees cannot reach the ceiling of the top players of today...

Still can't get, how players form is remaining tragic level for decades. If a player plays constantely for seasons, he can't stay on tragic form... something needs to be done there... if a player is benched for a while i would understand it, but they should at least reach some decent levels while playing one official game per week.... complete nonsense without talking about injuries, youths, subs number (which in real life is implemented for a while also)...Hopefully something will be done soon

- increasing the weekly salaries of top players (we note that teams in the higher leagues have benefited the most, so the adjustment should remove this advantage),

Well, we are rather not surprised, that our economy changes are not the most popular ones.
In the end - it need to be done, few seasons with extra money is enough - probably we should make it faster, together with league reform. Sorry for that, but still, we need to manage our limited budget - that is why it needed to wait.
We made a lot of global analysing and we are sure - current economy hurts poor clubs the most. Best clubs in sokker currently get around 7m euro possitive balance per season, in the same time they are finally capable to train some youngsters in the back (ok, only 85%, but still - to train them and trade for better money - it is good enough), when users in low divisions will end season with no more than 200k euro. We need better balance between strong teams and underdogs.
Currently average balance in sokker is almost +1,5m euro per year. it simply cannot stay that way, it is just basic economy.
Sure, you are right - we can increase costs in different ways - find some new types of costs or something (like medical treatment) - but, scale is to serious.
It is a game - you need to make some choices to make it difficult. Curretn situation is a bit insane - i have top trainers, lot of devine players, and i can afford all of it every season and still raise some extra money in the end.

I think that was sarcasm XD the above comment talks about how inconsistent the player form is
About the comment, the explanation you just gave is quite good, I think it explains well the arguments they have to make the changes. I only hope that he really has a line of priorities, the issue of the player's form is a disaster, injuries continue to be, they promote substitutions but 3 per game are now insufficient...

Sure, i can agree, there is still lot of areas untouched by us. Things like more subs/places on the bench or some way to afffect form increase are examples close to our thinking - but still, we need to follow changes one by one with current team and $$$. Economy will be next now, but after that i hope we will work with some new areas, youth school is one of possible choices.

I'm worried about seeing NT players skills as a NT manager... it was promised 3 seasons ago that it will be introduced very soon...

Any info when the economic changes will be implemented? I think that should be properly communicated well in advance so everyone has time to prepare for increased costs, lower income etc to not go bankrupt.

probably from the new season - it is the best moment to adjust wages or stadium incomes.
For sure we will write a dedicated DD about it.
That reform is a bit easier from technical point of view than others - we just need to change few parameters, no need to change anything in game interface or mechanics.

@Raul so now you do not have an excuse to not reduce injuries then :) why that is not with same priority? i remember you stating that people needed depth in the squad what happened with this?
