Subject: »[info]Dev Diary #82: Automatic release of NT-players from
Raul, they are making a mistake with the analysis. Inflation can be corrected in various ways. Raising the salaries of players, DTs or lowering the income from attendance at the stadium, will only hurt the weakest teams. You must leave Poland to do the analysis, the rest of the world does not have your money in Poland. They are driving away the oldest and most loyal users. If it is already difficult to start with 200k, why add another difficulty. They will not have new users. Listen to the community, who knows about the game, there is disconnection from the devs. Proposal, improve the offer of players, today it is very poor. More slots are needed and you can put 2 more. The transfer market must be overcrowded, today it is seen that only on Saturdays and Sundays there are players to buy, the rest of the week, very few and expensive. In a few more seasons, I estimate about 5, there will be no mids. If you need help, ask the community for advice. They are ruling the game without the people

Well, we are rather not surprised, that our economy changes are not the most popular ones.
they're not popular because as always in recent months you are taking the easiest option to go with and you didn't think it through, so after next 5-8 months you will come here again with another short-sighted change that will try to fix what you mess up this time
they're also not popular because these changes are in opposition to what you were promising - to make the game PRO-ambitious managers who fight for trophies, this change is totally against them and is pro-low level farmer teams
also, how what you're doing now is fair towards people who invested in increasing their stadiums due to your latest changes in league structure? it's ridiculous, all of it

hmm, even with injuries we did something in the end ;) how is from your perspective working current test to remove injuries in NT friendlies? Should we extend it for all NT games?
it was bad decision a compromise that i do not like you removed the bonus training so its bad overal and has nothing to do with real injury issue
currently arround of 40% of money that clubs earns during season - stays as income in the game.
It cant be saved this way, we need to fix it.
And you are right - we dont want to hurt weak teams or low ranking teams.
That is why we want to fix stadium incomes - but still, we will keep it a bit higher that it was before league reform - so it is better situation for weaker clubs.
In the same moment we know, that rich clubs benefits the most from current reform - if more club fans you have, your seasonal balance is better. So we need to change some element of costs, that will affect best teams, not weak ones - that is why we will adjust wages of top players.
Idea is really simple and probably best for all:
- reducing incomes from stadiums
- adjusting wages of top players
So, perfect balance for us is - when you are underdog, you can raise money season after season, you dont have top players yet, you are training them or collecting many ofr investment - then you finally get to the top, but you cant stay there for to long, becouse playing with best SK players is expensive and you need to rotate after few seasons.
so in the end we agree about priorities - for sure reform willtry to rebalance the difference between top teams and weaker ones, but we cant keep a situation, when 100% of clubs in sokker have possitibe seasonal balance.

COME ON MAN!!!! This change was absurd, injuries in friendlies were eliminated but eliminating training in them along the way and with this a tool that the coaches of the teams had to reward coaches with good players.

Should we extend it for all NT games?
In my opinion - yes - if the issue is that players don't share players skills with NT managers because of injury chances - they still wont do it because chance remains.

I hope you are careful with this, you are feeding and motivating mediocrity in an incredible way, at no time do I see that you are thinking of the most loyal users of the game.

PLEASE!!! dude, you only needed to mention that he completely eliminated the bonus offered to a player by being called up by his team.

Can you adjust something about the youth?
At this moment, nearly 0.02 youth player is worth training.
We sack around 50 youth players each season because they are either to old or to bad.
Then from all players we keep, 85% turns out to be completely useless due to skill distribution and 14% turns out to be too weak in general.
We invest 1M each season in youth, but we have less than 1% chance of a trainable player.
Before the season changes it was much higher! But because there are so little youth players, we need to pay 5M for an average player.
And then you want to adjust the costs for top player wages?
It will only increase the gap between young and old(er) teams, because the old teams will still be able to pay for the high wages and the young teams won't be able to get any players because they are too expensive to buy and too expensive to keep.
If there will not be more youth players available, this game is going to be impossible for young teams.
Try to attract new users with these kind of changes will also be impossible :-/

If you are any serious about training your youths (and you should be as there is limited training places) - you have more than enough games per week to get minutes for them. Any injury in NT loses you way way more then any training you get from NT.
Raul as part of inflation reduktion, you should consider raising top level coaches wage, it Will make Rich farming teams have to face consequences of not aiming for titles but just staying in bottom
