If you are any serious about training your youths (and you should be as there is limited training places) - you have more than enough games per week to get minutes for them. Any injury in NT loses you way way more then any training you get from NT.
Dude if you are in a high division, a U21 player is not in a position to play in the first division, for example. I have spent several seasons training players for my national team and even while in the first division I was able to improve the training of my juniors due to this bonus, merit to the work of previous seasons and obviously it is an incentive to follow the same line of actions.
The problem here is that they invented a lousy solution to maintain long periods of injuries.

I have quite low sponsors income and low Fanclub members: 2406
Now, i finally invested in stadium.

PLEASE!!! dude, you only needed to mention that he completely eliminated the bonus offered to a player by being called up by his team.

why would anyone need that, it's easy to get 97% without NT and risking an injury
it's also not really worth risking playing '90 in NT just to get 10% more training because of possible injuries

amazing idea, let's fuck up possible new users so that they can't get decent coaches to try training and improving the half-decent players that they can reach at the start xD
and what consequences? no matter the price, they will still make money every week on the training, they might even start making more money since others won't be able to train using as good coaches as they :D

Well, the reward or merit that comes with being called up for the selection is being removed, just to justify a patch for the issue of injuries.
Getting one of your players to be part of the best in his country should have some kind of reward, if not training at least a substantial improvement in his tactical discipline but I see a somewhat apathetic scenario where we are going.

maybe some small increase of player wage on transfer done?
or seasonal coach wage increase basing on number of transfers done by team? (that way maybe the wage will cross the line, the coach will be fired and trader will have to buy/find via rng the new one and once again burn some money)?
not necessarily good propositions, just thinking loudly how to limit traders, how to cause that the most money which needs to be paid to lower inflation would be paid by traders

its super simple to remove money from the game and implement the retirement of coaches but as with any change, you need to give time people to prepare

youth school will be changed for sure, but ideas like even younger player or better are no solution - we have to much top class players in sokker, increasing level of juniors is not a solution at all.
we will try to give some tools to make youth school a bit easier to be managed, like for example new options to look at skills and potential of junior, not just to wait for skill drawing after half of the year - you should be able to recognize potential star a bit faster, than in the end of his training - that is rather our approach than producing better players.
In the end, guys, lest stay rational. It is a game, not a christmas party. If we would listen for voices like "better juniors", "more money", "better starting budget", "less injuries" it wont be fun. Just think about it a bit :)

That element will be investigated - you are right, game should display accurate lenght of injury, it can be like day or two different from starting estimation, but with old players it is wrong now. We will check it.
