you need to learn php to find and change mathematical formula from something dependent on age to just "1"? I dont think learning any language is necessary in that case, common sense is enough

it might be sql though, like... you know, some kind of daily job checking and updating injury days of injured players according to some formula

Good thing you are addressing the inflatiion issue, but you are few steps behind the community.
I was happy you did something about NT injuries but now I wonder what's the point. Seriously, why are friendly NT matches injury free but official matches are not? Give me the reason and I will tell why it makes no sense. You could have left it the way it was before, the work you did was a wasted effort.

I'm just fed up with Raul talking about not having time for easy fixes, especially here on issue I informed him about many months ago, with all the statistical data about injury healing (gathering this data took many times more than it would take to fix it).

We are aware that it is just a compromise.
Even for us it is temporary solution, probably in the future we will decide to make another step, to reduce it in all games or get back to previous solution (injuries possible, but also training bonus).

Yes, this thing is a piece of cake to fix, I'm sure of it. I know software devs like to fix easy things in minutes and say it took them X hours, maybe you have such devs who are there to milk money from you like that, I don't know.
I know there are much more complicated things and bugs in sokker development, but this is not one of these things...

I understand it looks strange, that some bugs are still there, but from my perspective, our team is working constantly from years. We just focus on different areas - when was priority for new pages, there was a pause about bug fixing. In last months we stoped with new interface, instead focused on lot of small bugs and issues - and yes, we missed that one. But for sure we fixed many others.

Kryminator is a part of our team and he see how many tasks we have on the plate. Sure, with more budget we would be able to work much faster, but even in current situation we are solving at least few tasks every week from three years.

That's why I would need only a few minutes of learning, just to be sure to not break anything :P

I don't agree with your paradigm. Because the game has to be difficult? It's a game and you want to have fun. What's more, I think it already has difficulty and every day it costs to grow more. But add more difficulty, when you already cut the season, you eliminated the training for everyone of speed, you only train 10 players. Increase 2 more slots, there are many users who like to train and compete.
And the speech, last season was just extra money, remember that that money was because injuries were more frequent and long. It was to buy more players. Give some carrots to managers. I don't know how many rich teams there will be in Poland and Europe, but in Chile there is none that has 100 million. Perhaps, some with 50 and some with little less. But the reality is that they happen in red numbers

Life is already difficult, so we are going to make a game more complex. I insist again, we need more players in the TL to reduce inflation. The problem of money, are those old users who accumulated money. We will continue to have inflation problems if we do not have players. More supply to match demand.

I was happy that I don't have to think about NT matches, NT coach was happy to know the skills, now we go back to me ignoring messages, and we all being unhappy. :/

2. Thinking about the numbers you provided... (7 million euro for big clubs... almost 1 for small clubs,....)

that makes me think that the problem is that small teams have it really hard to get nice stadiums and improve coaches... so that the difference that you summarize reflects the current functioning of the game, not only the budget change due to more local matches, so there are some other changes necessary... that will flip the situation
