The trainer matchmaking system is idotic and archaic,
when you draw 100 times, you can't be sure that you will find something useful.

The number of top trainers is too small and they currently cost too much.

If you decide to have 5x unearthly coaches and 20 top players in your club, and 10 juniors to train too - well, i dont get why you should be still on plus then.

I understand this, and I agree. I am only saying that if a manager of a top-level club carries out good management and controls costs. He wins many matches at the first level, reaches the semifinals of his country's cup. His balance during that season is not close to 0, but rather close to 3 or 4 million euros. adjusting everything to reach that goal is the job of the devs. but you have to be very precise on the part of the developers so that they do not go too far, but they do not fall short in this financial reform either

Agree. Data i’ve posted is avarege, you right that you should be able to earn money even at the top if you control your costs well. Just in scale we need to be closer to zero, to prevent accumulating money in the game, what will always couse inflation.

Hope it wont be "sudden" retirement, but, let's say, "announced" a season or two earlier. Also some kind of blockade - if such coach will be close to retirement he wont go to TL after beeing fired.

About salaries and inflation...

Now salary is counted based only on 8 main skills. Just add to it experience. That will result in higher salary for better and older players. Very simple solution to increase costs in way you want - this wont be noticable for newbies.

It is also a natural way to retire players by users without implementing any system. Now its easy to start the game, buy 38+ yo players and make promotion. Such players are good, cheap and with sallary equal to same-skill-looking players at any age, 10 or 15 years younger. With higher salary of old players it wont be such easy decision.

Move dropping skills threshold from 28 to 30+ or even 32+ yo.
GK skill affects salary 4x more than other skills, lower it to 3x or even 2x.

There is no such a thing like lack of quality players in sokker :) it is quite opposite.

i guess we have different standards so we will never talk in same language. anyways you will do what you planed and you will not listen so i just wonder why you are active in forum now :) i think reason is the changes will be so bad that you want us to prepare mentally :)
anyways lets profit your time here :) few questions:
- why the site is so unstable lately ?
- is it possible you changed the ME by mistake with all those unannounced deployments
- do you plan to change the format of CL
- since you will rise expenses will you reduce injuries finally
- when you will implement fair system in NT qualifiers

Oh my lord, make the game more unpleasant that everybody will quit it is the goal? We're not talking about ''difficulty'' which can be enjoyed. Numbers don't lie, people are leaving due to constant ''development'' with unpopular things.

Sokker community has said so many times:

1) Injuries
2) Substitutions number
3) Training
4) Youths academy

And you come up with the idea to reduce fan club members and adjusting ticketing income ....god lord...What can i say

Sokker devs would be very good politicians with unpopular decision making. However a football manager game is meant to be entertaining and fun.
You're killing it all with one worse than other decision seasonS after seasonS.
