Just imagine the whole soccer community is limited in time to buy a decent striker
I already see it. I start bidding for 7M and finally get my "decent striker" over 20M (and almost 35 minutes bidding for him)

I have no more money and i cant buy a "bad" replacement today... he is injuried...

What is the argument that keeps injured players from getting training?
Reality? It should be even harder - just take a look on FM - if player is injuried he even can lost some skills, sometimes even in pernament way.
I feel it is never ending discussion, but leading nowhere. Injuries will stay, you will always claim they are to often, to long and why affecting training.... well, that is how world works. We can fix some bugs, manage NTs (mainly becouse it is something different than reality, i mean NT in sokker plays much often than in real life), but dont be extreame. I dont know why we still talking mainly about it, there are much more interesting topics on horizon.
You get a finger (current injuries are shorter than it was before!) and you still want all hand.

It is not a fun game when by far the best option to play is to put everyone in the corner and wait for Thursdays. That should be considered a problem to fix with the changes. And one option would be to give that base 50% training you introduced.

sure, we can reduce injuries in friendlies, indeed. but on official games, what for?
I'm almost convinced that if you were limited in time with the whole community, 20M wouldn't be ebough.

Btw, i have also injury problems this season, all my 3 stars of the team were injuried and of course i was eliminated in 1/2 in domestic Cup. (25 mil euros were spent for them in order to get results... maybe it would be better to just buy young divine pulls and to play non-combat tactics?)
Today they all are with slight injury and will play in league match with a very strong opponent... lets see the result :)

Injuries MUST stay!. Obviusly.
But not too much players get injuried per season, and not too much game lost.

I'm not for reducing injuries - If you would for example increase training spots count to smth like 12 to simply get more fully trained players into the game, Id be for increasing frequency. Because everyone would have more players in their roster, that would result in more available tactical variations and more ways to replace injured players.

Last 4 or 5 league matches started with the delay 60+ minutes.

I have done that in the past frequently. Will probably do so when my current roster ages out and will go back to training. Simply because in small countries there is nothing to play for and game rewards such play style.

of course not, i play this game as a football manager!
I managed some results in very limited time.
I play to be chamopion in my country, not to play safe tactics and only train players.... That's why I'm pissed off that you see the injuries problem only from the TRAINING point of view and not taking into account the PLAY FOR RESULTS point of view.
