Well, if we should stick to reallity that even with some adjustments of skills drops in the future - stamina and pace should be most affected

If you would strive for realism, players would start with close to max pace/stamina at age 20. Instead we spend years to train ir from nothing to get ir droppend instantly.

agree. Funfact, it is more effective to train pace in SK at age of 16/17, it you will leve it for 20y+ and train first rest of the skills, it will be a bit less effective overall.

It depends on the defference of pace trainig vs other skills combinated with efficiency drop with age - both effects affects each other.

so maybe transfer amount - it will be selfregulatory vs inflation and money level in sokker. When prices will go down, wages will be smaller too.

If experience as salary factor is punishment, than it could be also self-balanced if you implement NT players influence to audience - tickets income as reward. Another nice solution/mechanics connected one with oneother.

but we cannot make NT players too powerfull in the end. That is why we cant give them to strong training bonuses or financial influence on club budget. Otherwise we will have a situation, where clubs with NT players will start to have to strong advantage vs clubs without such a player.

still most easy way is just to make current wage graph more radical for top players - that is our thinking.
For now im just interested what do you think about that idea, it is not mine, it was proposed here by achmid. I think it is kinda interesting, but yest, radical too.

First of all think about reducing places in NT teams from 40 to ... 26?
26x all NT teams is still nothing compared to all players in all sokker teams. That wouldnt make significant influence in global finances. Should be also balanced way you said - to not let happend that teams with NT players have advantage vs clubs without. Would 1% more audience for 1 NT player on pitch noticable? It is all to discuss and count.
It also gives nothing to NT players, nothing changes. They would just have faster a bit higher salary, just cause they gain experience faster. But at the end all players, also non-NTs can make it.

As conclusion:
More audience should balance finances with higher salary of just NT players.
Rest of the players - non-NTs - would get higher salaries.
Looking at it globaly, it would drain a bit money from market out.

so, what is your solution then? keep economy as it is? sure, but be aware that your favourite game will colapse in next year overwhelmed with money. wages, costs will mean nothing in next few season with current possitive balance progress, you will trade players for 500 000 000 and that will be normal.
