those players´ skills will be visible just to the NT coach or to his assistants as well?
Because otherwise scouts will be useless then and NT coach would have to do their job instead.

I think that scouts will be no longer needed when you will see all skills. Next step should be some tool, like database to see all players in it with filters etc.

If we have some good benchmarks how that database should look like we can use it of course. We already inspired with some users solutions, for example training reports and training history was based on SV solutions.

Why not take the average lost competitive games due to injury, from before the reform?
And apply that average to the average lost competitive games since reform?

I bet mikoos can provide some statistics about these averages?


This argument fails to take into consideration that with 20% cut in injury frequency there is on average 25% more games the player will play between injuries.

But yeah, as I said many times overall it's worse for main team players (and better for young players*) than it was before the league reform, that's why I believe changing the healing mechanic will make it balanced much better.

* because young players shouldn't play more matches after the league reform, so they profit from lower injury frequency.

Yes, last weeks we fixed many small bugs, that is now our priority before we will introduce any new page (club page). But server speed is for sure one of major ones that need to be reworked once again (i remember we worked on it like two months ago and there was a visible progress, but then it get back to previous problems again from some reason).

I said many times, that ME also need to be improved. We just cant make all changes at once.

What I see is that there will never be time for the ME, for a long time you will be thinking about management problems and trying to find a solution, because it seems that you are improvising.

- Injuries: A disaster. Because you increased the impact of these on the teams and this mutated into modifications in the NT
- Market: What they are doing is trial and error. Terrible experience for us the users
- Academy: pending...
- etc

The short season is not enough to train players from the youth school. Players join the main commando at the age of 19-20 and become redundant. My youth school coach is level 16. I have not seen a normal player for the 7th season. I suggest that the youth school should be from 15 years old.
