1. Financial issues - reducing incomes in line with number of additional games is on the table. Our target is to get to similar point of balance that it was, but for now we belive that current players salary can be updated a bit. For now proportion between players and coaches is strange, players should be more important part in it than now. It will be recompensated with a bit better incomes from tickets for all, it will also help a bit new players to follow top teams. But we are talking about adjustments, not a revolution, and final goal is simple - to get similar global balance in sokker than it was before.
2. Injuries are important - we can improve it somehow, but should stay in the game. Yes, it is random, but it is a part of football and we need that kind of events too.
But we never claimed it is our solution for number of players per team - we will change stamina in serious skill someday, and we will introduce some kind of % fatigue, it is on the list.

nobody (!) here wants a game without injuries, really nobody asked you to remove them. It's just the same (!!) like for finances - please bring it back to the old balance of matches vs. length of injuries like before the league reform.

if you enter % fatigue, then there will be dissatisfaction of people about players in NT, not only will they be at risk of injury, but also they will come back tired

There were 2 consequences (from my point of view) in the balance you refer.
1.- Impact: How Injuries affect training. This was tried to be solved with the maximun lenght from 35d to 29d (-17.14%) and is a bit lower to reduction in # of weeks, from 16 to 13 (-18.75%).
2.- But where there is still work to do is in:
Probability: Chances of getting injured. I haven´t see nothing about this. Number of matches have been incresed but the probability remains (I think).
If (2) was not modified, then Balance was clearly broken.
One more thing, about Length of Injuries... How is it´s Distribution? Because ramdomness must follow a gaussian distribution.

@Tetryk & dzidzia - agree, that it need to be solved somehow vs NT games.
but it was adjusted :) at the level of lenght and probability.
Sure, now injury affects more, in terms of two league games per week, but we belive it is good in the end, from perspective of training - it was compensated.

Many of the problems would solve by itself with increasing number of users.
