I just looked at my arcade from today.
Did you guys speed up the matchviewer?

Actions and pace of the players seemed faster

I'm totally fine with matchviewer being sped up btw

Mikoos even posted some stats about it recently - it is not completly random, number of games plays a role in it - but still, it is just small element in it.

it is not completly random

Yes it is.

However there is some architecture behind the random...

A player needs ''something'' to go up in form...
But what that is is random.

In my experience, I decided to set a low form player in the bench for some matches and he started to grow near 5 levels. Then, I started to use him into the squad and he continued to growing to unheartly form

Been there, done that, didn't work...

I've had 2 world class players, ages in low form.
I sold them...5 weeks later - magical and brilliant form...

Sometimes the only thing that helps is a transfer.

i had top class 21 y striker. He was always hopeless tragic form in my team. Last week i sold him now hes adequate form.

about form? I didn't see that, did he post it in polish forums?

It could be that player is dissapointed or angried...so...he wants to play out...

Example : Joao Félix in Atlético de Madrid

yep, i can repost i think, but all credits for Mikoos here :)

players from active teams, only players that played some games in last month

Players without any game in last month:

seems like the problem is the high number of players with form 0 even with played matches

most players should be around 10-16 and only a few at minimum level

If i would design form algoritm now, i would rather say that it should be rather like Gaus: https://statystyka.online/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/krzywa_gaussa.jpg
For sure we will think about the form in the future, just we cant add another thing to our work right now.

seems like the problem is the high number of players with form 0 even with played matches

Keep in mind that on that chart there are also players who played like 1 or 2 matches in (over) the last month, so it's not a surprise that some of them tend to have the lowest form.

---

Other things I found:
For some reason players who mainly play as MID tend to have lower form then players on other positions, no idea why (here it's shown in % of players from that position having each form):

When I checked form changes on Thursday few months ago players who played a match on Wednesday had slightly higher chance to gain a form than players who didn't play - this explain why players who play matches tend to have higher form than player who don't play

That's all I have.
