What about system where training would be based on 3 types of games per week :
1. league match- the most important match, the biggest effectivity (100% training)
2. National cup, League cup, International cup, Whatever You Want To Call It Cup etc (85% effectivity)
3. friendlies - for people who are eliminated from cup competitions (let's say 80% effectivity)


Well, it's one of options that can be used - but it's much about details - i think that solutions like it will be an support during new system tests - first we still need a new calendar and training, then we will work on direct training bonuses values in all possible combinations - and for now, i would say that something like that is possible (for example, to give a bit less effect in league cup vs. national cup).

I think It could be exciting, and maybe an "European" Super Cup (winner "Champions" vs winner "Europa" league"). I would like to see that match. Likely the two best tactic managers in sokker.

if poll is just to gather information its fine by me could be helpful but as final voting is confusing and complicated .
i shared my opinion to you and is how questions are asked that bothers me mostly... like in first poll we had 3 options forced in 12 weeks.

For me you need in first poll to ask 2 questions how many games per week you want and how many new competitions based on this you have all your information to do proposall in the weeks you want for

Here is something off topic for now but you need to put it into consideration while you decide about how many games in week we play:

there is a lot of managers right now whose only motivation to stay into the game is to train U21 youth and NT players, their whole sokker world is that. If you decide to put 4 games a week that will for sure reflect on U21 & NT games, I would like to see manager who will prepare with that 4 games + 1 U21 or NT several weeks in a row each week (and I am online a lot).
Now when we have Nacional Cup + League + U21 or NT (writing about coaches right now) that third game is sometimes hard to be prepared, often I personally put some already made tactics into some club competition, dont have time for adequate preparation of 3. match and that is into conditions when most of the managers dont play on 100% of their possibilities, they are not bots but not far from it either, if this game update succeed (and we all hope it will) every preparation of the match will be harder, against motivated users and so...
So I know we all should not write and think about NT & U21 for now but it will be too late later if we pick the wrong number of games in the week right now

if you think that... there is a 75% that reject 8, 12, 14, and 16 teams in the league...
Thus, it is inconclusive... it’s just a tie...
2. How are you dealing With double voting
An inside the forum poll with only 1 vote per team is required.
3. Abstention is high... why? Low interest, long poll, people think it doesn’t matter their answers? What about getting a reminder with an skmail?

It makes the main challenge of the game introducing young players to competitions mainly in league matches (giving you at the same time two matches weekly available), cup matches are an additional reward and expand the possibility of training rotation in several matches (we prevent one type of competition from being selected as "training").

the more I read this sentence, the less I understand your solutions..
implementing for real this objective would need a complete revolution of the game (a game where youngster are usable from 20yo in top teams, as in reality.. it's not sokker!)

I think this can become a major mistake.
In sokker the vast majority of user doesn't play for winning competitions, but everyone has a training or a "trading" goal/target. The game success depend on the fun of managers in the building of players and programming trainings. If we force the coaches to train looking at the results, we have forced them to do much more effort than today, since today we only need to look at the formation and the role....

That the need of an official match to train at 100% a youngster, can be critical and break the real fun mechanism of sokker, imho.

Perhaps a solution could be, (as Raul already commented at the beginning of the devs' diaries) that the speed of training was higher in low and medium skills. In other words, it would be much easier for any player to reach the brilliant level than it is now.

Instead, it would be more difficult to reach higher levels than they are now (magical to superdivine)


This without taking into account that the seasons become 12 or 14 weeks.

Ex: An "X" player now leaves school with 18 years old and 5x8 skills for MID. With 21 he can be 5x12. With 28 he can be 5x16.

With the change that I propose, and that seemed to me that the devs proposed in the first diaries:


Player "X" would leave school with the same age and skills: 18 and 5x8, but with 21 he could be 5x14, but with 28 he would be the same 5x16 (same as now).

It is to adjust the speed of training to the reality of football and what the devs want (that young players participate in official games).


This change is apart from and complementary to the lesser general training that will mean reducing the seasons to 14 or 12 weeks

I agree with devs about the need of slowing down the building of super-top-players.

the question I made is about the freedom of playing in different ways (with different goals) without being penalized

No no, in my proposal,the players with season of 16 weeks would be the same player than actual system. Better with 20/22 years but same with 28 than today.

But, obviously, if season have 12 or 14 weeks, all players would be worst than now but with an evolution of improved skills diferent than now.

I dont know if you understand me?

And it would be one of solutions of need young players to play oficial matches

We are talking about : today I have defense superdivine pace and defense but unearthly or divine technique, passing and pm. Most of my defenses are like this. I think devs want more specific players. because we can no longer have defenses with such complete secondaries. same for ATT and MID. in fact it will be more difficult to reach a 3x18 for att .... Messi only one around the world, right? hahaha

this is not true.
I think that ME gives its best experience between 60-65%, now it's easy to get 70% for a large majority of teams.
