Not sure if anyone thinks about this but worst players means worst quality of the games -> more disappointed users

this is not true.
I think that ME gives its best experience between 60-65%, now it's easy to get 70% for a large majority of teams.

Personally i can't see myself preparing for 4 games (even 3 competitve) matches a week, now sometimes i take time to prepare tactics for important league match if i have time, but i can't see almost anyone who would watch his opponents games and prepare tactics for 3 or 4 competitve games. And tactic has always been one of the most important parts of the game, part of the game which gave opportunity to team with weaker players to beat stronger opponents.

the more I read this sentence, the less I understand your solutions..
implementing for real this objective would need a complete revolution of the game (a game where youngster are usable from 20yo in top teams, as in reality.. it's not sokker!)

I think this can become a major mistake.
In sokker the vast majority of user doesn't play for winning competitions, but everyone has a training or a "trading" goal/target. The game success depend on the fun of managers in the building of players and programming trainings. If we force the coaches to train looking at the results, we have forced them to do much more effort than today, since today we only need to look at the formation and the role....

That the need of an official match to train at 100% a youngster, can be critical and break the real fun mechanism of sokker, imho.

You do not understad.... Dev wrote change game for PLAY TO WIN no play to train... SO bullshit... still play to train for me sure... 4 offocial matches? F..K Yours many official matches, WE NEED matches for trainess and it can call PLAY for WIN... no milion cup, league matches.....

I think you think too much...

You have absolutely no idea how it's going to work... You only think it will be bad, whatever will be decided... because it's not what you like to hear. Raul is doing everything he can to make a difference AND to listen to all propositions and try to find the right solution, somewhere in the middle. But you expect to get your way, with a minor compromise, in where you find the devs should 180 their idea's...
That's not fair, certainly not because they are doing all the work, in where you only break down every news they bring.
Make it the other way around... You taking over as dev, and having all idea's you have now, and there's a handfull of very eager and active users reacting and breaking down ALL your thoughts... What would you do?
Listen to those guys and "forget" all your own ideas and like 90% of the other users who don't even got a clue what's happening OR doesn't react, cause they play the game without concerning the forum...
Think about that for a second...
Sorry if it looks personal, cause it isn't... There's different cases.
But Everywhere in this particular forum, I see the same managers complaining over and over again, like they know what "The community" wants. But let me assure you that ain't the case! By far it ain't...
I've read more positive comments on Belgian forum than negative on this forum!

But i have so bad feeling from training and if i readfirst time PLAY TO WIN i was so happy. But right now it is same. I will have to PLAY to trainink. i understand it and fell with dev. Dev do great work and we only bark..

and you right... i am thinking too much and too far future from start sokker.. I know what to do, how team will have, when will sell and buy new players and it is reason why fear about changes...

It's all in balance, as Raul allready stated. Moreover, it's everybody's problem.
Also it's your own decision to decide when and with how much trainees you play...
But in the new way you're able to train all players without the necessity of a useless friendly; but you decide how you divide your trainees in your team and your matches. With the 1st option you have 4 official matches to play in, so you can decide to put 1 trainee in each of 3 matches and x trainees (depending how many you wish to train) in the 4th...
This way, your line-up choices are more about tactics than ever before...but you don't have to play boring friendlies anymore (except if you want to - Arcade)

And off course all changes need adaptive changes as well, like the injuries f.e., but you don't need to worry about those.
All will be endlesly tested to prevent these "errors"

I want play league or cup for B team...

with 16 y player is not good play in A team. In top league like ENG, ESP, ITA, GER play only young word star like messi.. Where did you see play 16 y players in A team in league...

I can say you only this name what do you know.... Vanden Borre, Tielemans, Wittsell, Lukaku... This players play in Belgium league like 16,17 y but this players are so unique that can play...

but in sokker are 16-17 y players so weak that broken yout tactik... So many guys will one competetion play like friendly so still one boring match....

Not only you, or less rich teams or whatever.
Nobody will have those young monsters like you named... ALL 16-17y old are useless in matches...

in this game there is 2 ways of making money trade and training. Question is which one will new system will stimulate more? Those that focus on training usually do it for NT cause so its not exactly for every one ...
