new clubs start in lowest division in their respective countries which are full of bots, i.e. low sponsor and ticket money. These clubs have had tough financial situations to sustain without bankruptcy.
The new IC competition will make it better because the new matches against oppenents with bigger supporter base. This will overcompensate the general 20% loss in ticket money.

It is true, yet it would be better if IC also impacted expectations / sponsors the way league does. Not 100% the same impact, but still impacting the sponsors money, so it would make a clear difference if a team players in League 1 + Division 1 or League 1 + Division 5.
Otherwise it will usually be simply more profitable and "obvious" to concentrate just on league and use IC as a place to make money on training.
It would be particularly helpful for teams from small countries (weaker leagues / leagues with bots which impacts sponsors a lot) that try to/compete at highest level in IC.

I swear I will never pay for PLUS ever again! You have killed me with injuries this season! I begann to hate the game from the bottom of my heart! Isn't this supposed to be fun?

They literally stopped the injuries for NT and U21 teams, which I personality don't like. And still complaining about injuries? Maybe you can ask your Boss to stop asking you to work and pay your Wage without efforts? :-p

Do I understand correctly that the National Cup matches will be played in official format on Mondays and when the team gets eliminated from the cup, it can arrange friendly matches in place of those games on Mondays, but in arcade (non-official) format? So there could be 4 official games (with training and injuries) in the first couple of weeks, but later onwards there could be 3 (and the fourth games, friendly matches, will be without training and injuries, so practically meaningless)...?

no, friendly format doesn't change, you have still injuries and 85% training for 90 min friendly. But monday for friendlies is correct, the day has changed.

"A minor change will also affect Saturday’s national team matches. Like friendly matches, World Cup qualifiers and finals will also follow an arcade format - meaning players will not receive a training bonus, but they will also not be at risk of injury."

that means "like NT friendly matches" - NT friendlies are different from club friendlies
I did calm down, but I did have some devastating injuries last/this season!
The sad thing is that this game is turning into a masochistic activity, for me, that I don't know how long I will be able to put up with!
There should be a maximum number of days per season that a team can have! It's not normal, not fair and it's not fun when a team has 120 days of injuries in one season an another team has none or 6! I currently have 40 days and the season just started! Both players are important players that have played nc friendly games!

No, friendlies only after elimination for National Cup - so friendlies will be play on Monday now.
No friendlies on Friday/after elimination from International Cup
