No Cup fixtures here in Moldova for the next round, so winning a first match in cup resulted in:

We are the champions, my friend
And we'll keep on fighting till the end...

I believe they will show up on Saturday if not fixed earlier

what about it? should it already been drawn? isn't WC finals draw on Saturday week 2? (at least according to the rules it is)

Where is the national cup (NC) next week for the teams that won yesterday?

Is this mess all because they changed the NC from friday to monday?

So... I don't see much difference about the day, but why this change happened is not clear for me yet. I mean,, if it was going to cause all this mess (that I don't understand why, because i'm not dev), why not just keep the days the way they were?

They forgot to change the day of next round cup draw from Saturday to Wednesday.

The change of day for National Cup/Friendly was very logical.

The friendly (and often cup) was used mostly for training youths. Before youths came out on Thursday, got sold and went to new club on weekend, AFTER the friendly. So new team was unable to use the bought youth in a friendly to give him training and the selling team usually didn't play him in friendly not to risk injury.
Same with other young players that were put on TL on Thursday/Friday.

Now they are bought on weekend, so they can be used in friendly on Monday. Very good change.

Also since most teams are out of national cup early (50% out in first rounds, 75% out after 2 rounds, 87.5% out after 3 rounds) then it makes more sense that Friendly is played on the day after League, so most people won't have to play official club game day after day for long time in season.

IC / pause / League / pause (friendly) / pause / League / pause / IC / ...

So after elimination from national cup there are no "day after day" official club games. With previous schedule it would be:

pause (friendly) / pause / League / IC / pause / League / pause / pause (...)

Indeed, I didn't think this way. It makes sense.

don't forget that you can use the monday friendlies for players who got a red card on sunday, for form and training. Didn't happen often, but was very annoying when it did.

i just realized - ther might be a small bug, not sure about it though

On Monday, after 1 st national cup round it seems that players did not get official stat (matches, goals and assists)

for example this guy below (played half time)- 2 goals 2 assists - not in stats

yes, stats and impact on recent matches fanmood were not updated after the national cup game, Devs are informed about it

After team elimination in International cup, there are No friendly for the teams eliminated.
that is an advantage for the teams continuing the IC cup. So the teams who are stronger will receive these advantages ( training, money...), and the gap between the teams will increase. that is not equitable.
