The total random junior system is such a pain in this game. I wish that just things that don't work (like juniors system) were fixed and some minor improvements were made instead of making the game look-alike many already existing managers. If you know any other good manager, you can tell me. I might switch the game.

Randomness is not a bad thing, new users must have a fighting chance to get an star, otherwise inequality will rise

This type of game is called a football manager because it should be about strategy, not about a completely random system that you cannot influence. This doesn't resemble reality, neither it is fun, nor it makes any sense. And it certainly is not the only system I can imagine with newbies having a chance of raising a star in the youth academy

You can test your Y.S potential on sktables.

* Great potentials (calling "star") are valuable (read : 1000€+, up to millions). Others youngs called "to keep" are usually valuable to 1€+. Usually we get less than 4 young valuable in a Y.S and less than 20 youngers "sellable" at 1€+

* Half of the great potentials (for the french youngers) touch the NT Database (that mean: good partition in skills). So that's usually MAX 2 youngs in your center.

For finances, many managers see and count only the benefice (trading in sokker club stats) and forgive expenses : coach wage and 1k€/w by youngs, and forgive the time/cost in club team after y.s for training and selling better skilled youngs.

* In French forum, we share the balance for few clubs, result : usually, a lost of millions € from 5 to 15 seasons. For the luckiest, less than 1M€ benefice by season.

I would be really surprising to see one day, or heard just one user that really make more than 1M€ by season benefice with Y.S (we can make this with just one good trading in 15 weeks)

Anyway, for me that's a lille to zero profit (despite few millions€ sales), but for NT and the fun to get home made players i keep my Y.S open.

yes :-) i stop Y leagues for years after reaching the top title. Now i try it again for the fun, just keep many unsaleable youngs, easy.
