Subject: [idea] All countries of the world in Sokker

Sokker only has 98 countries to choose from, while there are many more countries in the world. In this list below (see link) there are 197 countries.

I think many who come to Sokker and can't start a club in his/her own country won't start playing Sokker, so Sokker needs all countries.

That's why I think Sokker needs to have all 197 countries (or 196 because of Vatican City). And maybe these countries need to be added; The Cook Islands, Niue, Tibet and Hong Kong. That will make a total of 200 countries. (And maybe there are even a few more.)

Extra info: the 2 Congo's can have these 2 names also: Congo-Brazzaville and Congo-Kinshasa


Small countries can be put together by regions, the 7 continents or 6 FIFA confederations.

When these countries have enough manager they can have their own competition. For example a first and second league, so at least 40 managers. Or less when a new competition structure is implemented (1-2-4-8-16-etc + 1 large bottom league for new managers during a season).

But ofcourse they should get their own forum and own NT teams, also with less then 40 managers. For more youth players, see idea of international youth schools.


EDIT: a few more countries/should be countries (not without controversy): Western Sahara, Kurdistan, Kabylia, Northern Cyprus, Quebec, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland

I like it, but we need to see whether they listen and learn how to do with our current small countries, or whether it will just add a whole bunch of other small nations feeling the pain of sokker going more and more towards only being fun if you are from a country with 4 divisions
