+1, if it is a vote, it should be among small nations because most people among big countries wont see a need for merging as it doesnt affect them

Probably there is noone who cares about it from the inside Sakartvelo.
Lietuva team got much stronger and i thinkit is a lot my influence. I got back 3 users who played like 10 years ago and they are pulling youths now with magical coach.
Some other users see the forum how we share the need of training etc and it goes quite well. We have like 10 users who max the potential of juniors.
I can image what would be like with 50 maxed users.
But in Sakartvelo probably there is zero users who care about their own NT

Don't worry, most will be inactive almost immediately and basically we bots until admins finally officially bot them.
Not sure what causes it, but I have seen it happen to a number of countries, where there's a sudden massive influx of players managers that have a much lower rate of sticking around than is normal.
Whether it's a code or just someone bored creating the teams, I'm not sure"
Yeah, the American B teams that buy PLUS, I am trying to reach out to them via arcade games. I feel like the cost of PLUS isn't too bad, really...and the arcade matches really are worth the price of it alone.
Although I will definitely die on the hill of "there should be no injuries in friendlies" :)

Sometimes all it takes is one person to get the ball rolling, which is exactly one of the reasons why this merge is essential. By not doing so, people are being forced to play bots or inactive managers, and then because of lack of fun, quit, meaning new teams coming in don't have the experienced person to get them excited about the game, so they too leave

I don t think merging is the best way. Devs need to find a way for smaller countries to extract more youth players.
Merge countries has nothing to do with junior players. Teams playing in merged competitions should still get their own junior players.
The number of junior players could be solved easily; an X% chance of getting a junior from a different country in your junior school (except from countries with a certain number of managers, like Poland doesn't need more juniors). This is also normal in football, not all juniors are from the same country as the club is.
If this option is free to choose or not, is not of my concern. Also not how high or low the X% can be.
Juniors could have been scouted before the age of 16 and be brought over to his new team in a different country. That way no one knew him before his switch to a different team in a different country.

I Would love a world league instead of nations.... however, I think most loyal users dont prefer
I'd be quite happy with a world league, but where you register as from your own country, produce your own countries youths and have a cup for all managers from your own country.
Spot on. a 10% chance of a country other than your own would be good. Could even up this to 20% but if you buy plus, you could selected which country all your youths come from.
Would give incentive to buy plus for those who care, whilst still allowing bigger nations the advantage they deserve for having more managers

Problem with World League is time zones and live matches. Problem with multiple World Leagues based on time zones is that some time zones will still have almost no managers at all.
Or a time zones should be morning - evening (say from 9 to 9), then 2 World Leagues should be possible, and all managers can watch live matches, somewhere between morning and evening. If I'm correct

20% change one of the possible 6 new juniors is a junior from another (small/smaller) country. Could be an okay %
Looking at the recent posts in sokker international, small countries continue to die off without this occurring.
Soon it will be too late to even consider keeping most countries and the NT will be down to approximately 16 team.
Countries which currently enjoy being some of the top in the game will suddenly become the bottom teams of the active nations, which will reduce their own interest too.
This is very much a snowball of killing off the NT part of the game which for many users are the main reason they continue to play
