[IDEA] manager certificate (keep new managers active and learn the game)
New managers should have something to do from start. Somekind of interactive tutorial would be great.
With different steps, like buy player, sell player, higher coach, make line up, etc.
And when this is done, the manager will go to his or her own team and know where to find the options in Sokker. App games use this often, and I think it is a good option for keeping players active the first half an hour or longer, and after that they know something about the game.
And as a reward they can earn some money (1000 euro) with each step and at the end get a certificate, that can be put in trophee display. The first award of each manager.

Kind of like this proposal, but yours is an external team, prior to the definite team...
Yep indeed, not yet with their own team.
That way 1 tutorial can be made and everyone get the same start.

And it can even be used together with your idea. First learn the game, or the basic steps and when game starts, also the achievements start.
