Subject: Second Team - bound to motherclub

Dtox9 to All
I was thinking about the problem of small countries, having too few managers to have a good game experience.

I'm aware of the prohibition of having a 2nd team, mostly because of issues like internal transfers, but also because of forum issues, mostly in the form of language issues.

My proposal,

Give ALL clubs the possibility to open a 2nd club in a country out of it's own World part.
For example, You have a club in Europe, so you can start a daughter club in any country out of Europe AND with less then 100 managers

Give the 2nd club [ daughter club] 2 auto restrictions

1. You have to be able to speak a native language from that country - can be tested if in doubt by linguists, admins, devs, mods... from that country or a similar native language country.

2. Combine both teams so they can see each others teams, economy, current transfers, youth, staff,... But in that way that IF 1 of both teams is selling a player, the other team cannot bid that player.

Now for incoming transfers it might be a bit more difficult, but there is a solution.

When bidding a player, if both teams are connected to each other, there might be the issue... which of both teams is bidding?

Set a clear banner about which team is going onto the transfer market. Maybe a click button when you set the first bet with the question:
''Which team will be putting the bet?

Button: Team A - Button: Team B"

Also IF 1 team is bidding a player, exclude the possibility of the other club to intervene into that particular transfer, so you would not make an unintentional error The only thing you could add to it, is a possibility for 1 club to stop his bidding, when the bid has been overtaken by another club, in which you then can bid on that player with the other team.

Last point: The connection between both teams should be limited to the manager, the auto restrictions AND the possibility to overlook all elements about both teams, without the possibility to have anything from one team to be put into the other team. All team features stay its own features [like players, trainers, finances, youth,... ]

It might boost the game in a much better way on short term [competitivity and economically] and give smaller countries an instant possibility to grow very fast in a short period...

In my opinion, a win win situation without extra pressure for mods, admins to have to look for tricky transfers...

Tricky transfers can already happens without any multiple accounts, just need "friends". And most of the tricky transfers does not bypass any rules, it is a question of buying any player cheaper, there is no automatism to cancel transfers below the market price.

+1 for the idea of course (I've often defended it)

No, I mean the sell of a player between 2 teams, who then seems to be the same manager [as in illegal transfers, not mega bargains] The fact that you give all teams a chance to start a 2nd team, will certainly result in less managers opening a 2nd team illegaly on a separate account.

That's what I understood. But you didn't understand my point: "tricky" transfers are already legions without any multi accounts. So...
Anyway.

True, I might have used tricky the wrong way. I should've spoken about illegal transfers.

Thanks for the support :-)

+1 to this idea

sorry, -1

We must grow in number of managers, not that each manager has many teams.

Ok we can expect a growing number of managers, and for the best. But that's speculation. The more 'human" teams (no bots) we got the more everyone got a better user experience. Second (or multiple) teams never comprise a growing community and FOR SURE increase humans teams.

Plus, not to say that devs s goals was to increase 'challenges'. Second or multiple optional teams is a flexible and good solution to get more challenges, much more flexible than forcing more challenges for ALL users (by adding new competitions and increase number of games/week... for exemple :) )

Also... the restriction is 1 extra team for each manager, and very important... it is OPTIONAL, not obligatory...

+ this also counts for teams within small countries!
