Subject: Second Team - bound to motherclub

2022-05-15 14:51:30
You think managers will think it's worse to play against a real person, though Polish, than playing bots?
1 bot I don't mind, but if you have 50% bots...
2022-05-21 20:55:37
I think bots should be a bit more fun.

Delete all the basic tactics, make 5 reasonable tactics with normal systems like 4-4-2, 4-3-3, 5-3-2, 4-5-1 and 5-4-1 (for example) and let bots 'choose' one of these tactics each match. And players on the right spot, or based on the right row of skills.

This way it is less predictable what bots will play. Also way better for new managers to learn new tactics, as the opponents (bots) will be a bit better.

If this is the case, then you can make ALL countries as large as Poland...Just ad 4000 bots to each country except Poland
Problem solved...or is it? :-s

I think we already can have a second team, the junior squad, just need to make them relevant and worth of the time, with better junior leagues.
2022-05-21 21:14:30
But that is not the point here.
Junior is a separate team...
This initiative is to increase the amount of managers in small(er) countries.
2022-05-21 23:52:33
I understand that, but without an strict control, creating second teams, even if by a noble reason like help to grow smaller countries, would be easily exploited, and i believe that is the biggest obstacle to implement such feature, how help those managers in very small countries to have a better experience in sk has been a long debated issue, no easy solution yet, and given the current state of sk i would not dare to expect it being solved in the near future.
2022-05-22 00:10:29
How could that be exploited?
2022-05-22 00:13:03
Lots of possibilities

*creating training farms for main team
*transferring money from main team to 2nd team
*raising transfer prices of players being sold from main team

of course all of this not in a direct manner, but using another user or two, among friends. Very easy, hard to track and prove.
2022-05-22 00:49:28
Dont be ridiculous. if we can cheat with friends we dont need a 2d team. Whatever the cheat if admins doesn't control transfer prices everything is already very easy too cheat so.
2022-05-22 01:02:21
If you have a friend with a team there is no point in cheating because it's in nobody's interest to be the losing side

If you have 2 teams (and your friends also have other teams) then you can easily manipulate it through the network

And there were lots of such cases even without 2nd teams, many of them hard to prove, many users banned after months of checking and looking for evidence etc.

There were also other situations, with friends helping eachother to win league/buy needed players by giving a 'loan' via transfer of a player...when one friend trained in lower league and other was fighting for championship

So no, it's not ridiculous, it's something very possible and something that would have to be taken into account

I can already imagine users from big countries opening 2nd teams in small nations and then slowly transferring their wealth via group of friends

Very easy to do, not directly against the rules

Also very destabilising for smaller countries, imagine a couple of Sokker version Qatar PSG teams suddenly moving to Australia, Latvia etc. Now that would be fun for 'root' users of these countries.

It’s soooo ‘easy’ that you don’t need a 2d team but a group of friends to cheat right now isn’t it ? So Nothing specific to this topic.

2D team or not , every transfers are record and public, you cannot distord a price without being able to see it in the end. A group of friend could be ban and all the transfer of any target team cancelled, no matter the team source. Of course if admins doesn’t care or are part of a friend s mafia, it could work easily in theory. Well, in that case, there is at least one good news: you are not an admin yet ;-p

No, bots don't post on fora. And bots won't become any better, so no extra income in highest leagues with many bots.

In fact, many managers don't post either,

-10000 to the idea of having 2 teams... That just doesn't make any sense.

Instead, MARKETING is needed, Youtube, Tiktok, Twitter, Telegram, Discord... What could remove the issue of ''big and Small countries'' is:

MAKING ONE ''country'', what i mean by that is,

1) While creating a club you can choose the nationality of your Club and youth.
2) There will just be Ligue 1, Ligue2, Ligue3... etc... as many as needed according to current user base. (ALL USERS from all countries can be in these leagues)

These things are doable, More fun and competition for everybody. No nee of huge caps in Sponsorships etc... just a reform to bring all users in one place, much more fun.

The solution to this is to advertise the game in countries with few users (although you would have to wait until they finish determining how the game will turn out), it is not good for users of other nationalities to have teams in these countries since they would not have a sense of belonging .

For example, I would not like 100 users (for example, Poles, I name them because they are more) to Venezuela and at the time of making the elections of the NT and U21 it is in charge of a different user than the one that the true Venezuelans want.

then it no longer makes sense to divide the game into countries.
2022-05-24 12:49:05
Nationalities can still exist, it's like in real world football, you can easily be a player form Venezuela and play in a European club participating in champions league as well. My idea above was more to have a common league system, you at the beginning choose from which country you're from and you'll have players from Venezuela in your squad and youths will also be from Venezuela. But in your league you can have Polish, English, Italian, Brazilian etc.. and most probably there will be much more intrigues in the game. I don't see why should this be a problem, if we already are divided into countries. Estonia for example has only 3 Ligues and for sure it's not that interesting than players from Poland, where the competition is harder and their V th tier ligue level is higher than our 1st league, i am exagerating and i haven't done full research it (though it might be the truth).
But definitely ONE common league + keeping Europa League and Champions League + World cup etc can be kept.

ONE league idea just brings everybody to the same competition with same possibilities to reach somewhere.
