well it is pretty simple...players would get some bonus when they stay in their team, lets say 0.5 skills in all skills....that would get more managers to train players from their YS....

well need similar stimulation as percent from re sell till age od 21 so it makes sense to train better in-home club for me is good idea

not rlly...for most top clubs it will be hard to give top training to that young players...maybe 1 but more then that....hardly...

great point training own players will be a nice way to catch up better teams ..
I would ask for wage bonus rather than training bonus...
+1 for some sort of home-grown bonus.

+2% or +3% to crowd per home grown would also be good (but this could be extrapolated to NT players in general too, not just homegrown)
