yeah :) what do you have? i have a incredible,brilliant and a excellent. the excellent is annoying me though as he is low. i had to cut the wage bill though when i employed my magical youth coach.

This might sound crazy, but 2 seasons ago I had 2 assistants employed in my club and I had more random pops that season then ever before or since with 3 assistants. I changed back to 3 assistants because everyone was saying you should have 3 of them, but my training decreased wtf??

Are you sure it's not your trainees that's gotten older? I have 3xbrilliant assistant coaches and get a good amount of "random pops".

I've been having 4 assistants for more than a season. Can't for the love of me understand why, but I didn't notice any difference from when I had three.

Well they did get older yes, but still, like I said I was getting more or even if it is the same amount of random pop ups as now, so the question is, is the 3rd assistant really necessary?? I wonder what's other people's experience with 2 assistants??

Your players are just older now and for that reason your general training has decreased. Think about it this way - that if you would have only 2 assistants this whole time, then your general training would been decreased even more than with 3 assistants.

It is very difficult to determine the difference when you change, because general training pops take a long time. If you had 3 average coaches for 3 seasons and then 3 much better ones for 3 reasons you might notice the subtle difference. It takes a long time to notice, and in that time your players can get older, or your players could have been close to pops with the poorer set of coaches. You'd have to track 2 full pops with each set of coaches to have an idea.

It was a mistake, but has been changed now. Still, I didn't notice anything. I'll see if things move faster from now on.

It's not that hard to measure trainers btw, but to do it efficiently would mean forgoing efficient training for your team :p

I have a friend from my series who used 4 assistants, and his training goes wrong. Now he has fired 1, and training fgoes perfect .

I use 1 magical main coach and 3 magical assistants and I have great pops:)

i just had all my trainers changed to magicals (1 x main, 1 x youth, 3 x asst). Hope I get more pops from now on! :)
