Subject: NEWS Sokker- big changes are coming!

2024-04-17 01:52:10
I don't know, I'd argue day traders make more money over shorter period of time. Especially with 16 and 17 year olds.

I don't know why they want to implement changes in the middle of a season. Even when I agree with the changes, all changes should be placed after the season is done... changing rules in the middle of any season is not serious at all, as any planification anyone did for a season, to be competitive, train or just farm, gets ruined.

Please, implement changes once season is over. This, and any future ones (except cosmetic ones).

You can gain millions in youth's short trade, but also, loosing millions. Farming is safer, and lazy.
In the end, farmers and day-traders are both sides of the same coin.

We can see clearly the devs moves : taxes for day-traders, fan mood for farmers.

But there is a lille problem... We're all in one way or another, to various degrees, sometimes farmers, sometimes traders. Because that's the way we make progress, inherent to Sokker economic system : most of our income comes from training and trading, not fighting for a league title.

What do you think is going to be the impact in the market?
2024-04-17 06:13:14
less good players on market - higher prices.
2024-04-17 09:13:35
250k money with 3100 stadium must be at least 500k money and at least 5000 seats without the roof.. prices are change and especially for trainers..

They are using completely the wrong strategy. To balance the transfer market you have to reduce the money everyone has too much. Even unsuccessful clubs make a lot of money. The team has a loss of -200 m Euros but can still make transfers. This shouldn't happen. Sponsorship money should be given very little to unsuccessful clubs. Very few spectators should watch their match. Thus, not everyone can make an offer to every player and player prices decrease.

You won't hurt some clubs because in the game we have many clubs who accumulated 150-200m or probably more and in that case they could do whatever they want. The current system of inflow/outflow is okay, but the problem are teams that stack money. This can be solved with taxes on teams which have for example over 50m or 100m. Or you can cut sponsorship money and fans mood because of non investing money, if they have bad results and playing in low leagues.. Imo it should be kinda illegal if a team suddenly decides to buy 10-15 players for 100-150m and starts dominating the league

They should put seasonal transfer budget, depending on league rating and season expectations. They can keep the money but can't use it at once.

What if some1 uses his limit, plays for result, but in last weeks of the season he catches some injuries and has to buy New players?

This is all not that simple.

Tax from money at account - big no - you can't penalize so much users who did good job within mamy years.

New fans mood system is enough. Its just a warning for those who keeps money, but you still have a choice. And it needs to work like 6+ seasons to see any visible effects.

Also new tax (with correct formula) will just prevent buying players just for fast trading. This will results after a season-like gap in increased availabilty of players for those who want players for konferencji period of time - like 1,5 season and more.

Just got promoted from 4th to 3rd category in my first season in the game. Expectations is fight for points but I am doing ok (4th Position)

Bad luck, like all injuries... can always buy old player for 50k! ;)
"What if..." should not be calculated from DEVs: you need to use alternative or have more players on disposal! Not only 2 top att, and rest never play! Use 5-4-1 alternatively after injury...
Or they need to calculate season very early, or next season or two in advance, and train players to reach their peak at the same time! If they can buy players anytime, can use money leverage and overpay anyone when needed or buy boost late in season if opportunity to win some important games arise.
If manager need to plan buys, that should make them to have more balanced team, search adequate players for tactic over season, and not play with A team all the time. So others can get their opportunities to win some games too! Playing 11 players whole season and win all the games, buy 3x divine player after injury, makes no sense anyway! Playing on results should be more demanding as having best possible team on disposal all the time!

They won't be penalised immediately, they can spend their money before that. You will have a chance to spend it before introducing and the tax can vary, like 0.5% every week if you have over 50m, 1% over 100m.. This is not a tycoon game or a race between Warren Buffet, Elon Musk and Zuckerberg, at least i think so.. On this way you can get better stability on the market.

Even if there are 500 users with 100m+ out of 5000 active users, much better way is to focus on new users and promotions to change that proportion to 500 vs 15000 and more. Also changes in juniors with algorithm to draw a skills to produce more average but usefull young players would help. No need to introduce another tax.

And maybe at least 5-6 "normal players" and change fakin default tactics to normal ones
