You can still keep them in your NT and they'll be automatically listed. We cannot flood the transfer list with hundreds of players. Each day some are put on the TL. It's your job as NT/U21 coach to keep them safe till that moment.

His team is bankrupt, so player is beyond saving (unless teams gets taken over)

you cannot ban users just to release a player its kinda not right i saw few cases those users made their name and even if decided to quite you cannot ban them ....
there should be some how other way this is mostly toward admins

Those users decided to leave or stopped logging in for another reason and were bot teams. I don't think bot teams have many rights. Bot or banned, they cannot log in anymore if they decide to return. Bot or ban, they can still ask their team back. Only difference is they actually will have money instead of a player who lost value.
As was explained earlier, this is a temporary solution until the automatic listing is operational.

ban it means you cheated if you return in time and you see that is not cool mate
