It's true I can't sell a player who I could sell before. However I can sell this one and I dealt him less than 4 weeks ago.
Maybe is an exception (logic) because player is injured or at the end Devs have considered it again and we have additional rules, not only 4 weeks for everyone (logic too).

You can invest more money into junior school to get better juniors, more of them, even foreign juniors, you can make a move, do something to have better junior school, not just wait

The ones that want to invest more in the youth school will have better chances to get a good junior and better information about their training

They heard the users requests, good job :)

In short you can play a game and determine much more then you can now

Scouting department - do not gives better juniors just gives you chances for more of them was against international youths and im glad that its last level that will never use. And is good that level up do not gives quality

Campus - just paying more money for slots now works great cause you adjust as you need

Analytics - thats super bad you need to pay to track better ... right now if you have good eye you can see well talent what i see is just pay more

Training facilities - still not cler how we will switch but what i see is pay more

so i do not see improvements of current system i just see more money to pay ...
